The unhurried passage of nature, where time was ever present. The interchange of dawn and dusk, of day and night that would come hither no matter what happens in this world, just like the vast lands that spread out beyond what our eyes could see. What was time? The significance of time was different for everyone, for it was never an object that could be defined. We were big, causing ripples across tides, yet we were also small, so small that we would seem like specks of dust in the eyes of the universe. So delicate, so precious, yet ever so strong and mighty. Time was cruel, causing the two of them to pass by each other unknowingly. It dyed the fates and bound them with age, only allowing them to meet each other when their hearts were weary and in pain. It had been time that had forced them apart, yet it had also been time that had weaved their stories together, painting its mark in the places the two of them had walked through with their hands intertwined. Time seemed to still when the two of them were together, blessing their days through the wind that caressed their hair. The skies were witness to the rise and fall of nature, as the seasons came to pass. This is just a small story inspired from this song. It of course, is not just the song, but my own thoughts as well. Hope you like it !! The winds whistled loftily and stars grew more scintillating at the monumental ascension of the tower overlord after hundreds of years! The brightening of comet shower in the distant empty sky congratulated the realm of Western wastes with thousands of prospering peace and development. The mortals and young cultivators alike gazed at the black robed youth standing solemnly at the zenith of the Seven Towers, on the pedestal of glorious Martial Ancestor, and committed his image in their memory, aspiring to reach his level one day and take the world to new heights, becoming the future of this realm in the coming years. Jet black swishy hair flicked with the calm yet woeful winds as if they were echoing his internal state. In contrast, a fiery yet chilling sword qi permeated the ancestral complex where the famous youth who everyone looked upto stood. Eyes moist, his vision seemed to pierce the heavens and earth asunder. "Master, I followed your wishes and have become the Tower OverLord of the Seven Towers. With my inexhaustible determination and unending contribution to the realm , all the seven tower masters have acknowledged my lordship. Are you proud of me? Did I fulfill your dream, father and mother? Do you feel happy.". From childhood had he ever looked to climb the heaven defying path, but slowly by slowly, the people who were close to him all died, leaving him and him alone. To see the world bathed in happiness and for kindness to be reflected in every being who walks this earth. And so, without knowing whether they would ever reach their goal the two sisters would continue to walk through this earth leading the depraved souls to the correct path. As they would play a tune on their flutes and sing their way through the hearts of the crowd, spreading warmth and teaching them kindness Their prayers once again resounded as beasts gathered round them and fireflies flung into a dance of happiness. And once again, as they danced with them their prayers, they hoped would reach even the ends of Heaven and Earth.
