I’ve been finding it hard to sleep lately with stress, anxiety and anger I have tried forever on every solution on how to get to sleep but nothing worked out for me until I found this. It’s amazing. Please if your reading this your loved, appreciated, beautiful, caring, amazing and lastly you are you and don’t change that because you are amazing how you are!! This music has been helping me lately and I’m sure it has been helping other people to get to sleep too, thank you loads for posting this it’s wonderful and will be using this in the future

This one has been my favorite for some time now. It has certain parts that sound very much like the city ambient music from the original Bladerunner movie, which I love. I close my eyes and imagine flying over a futuristic city in a glass bottom flying car.

This is a beautiful experience. I have a couple of candles lit, a drop of sage oil in a defused and I feel at peace. I feel my divinity is close and my heart knows love. Though I am alone in my room, I don’t feel alone. I’m not enjoying the most loving relationship with my wife of 40 years, it is not important. It is possible to feel intensely lonely when your life partner is indifferent to you and your needs, but through yoga and meditation there is a way through to a better life. My soul is touched with harmony and I know contentment and for that I am truly grateful. Namaste, brothers and sisters

I’ve been having problems sleeping, I’m always waking up in the middle of the night. I had found one solution it was to take a warm shower before I sleep but that wasn’t enough. I searched through many RU-vid videos for but I couldn’t find one until I saw the title of this. Now, every night, I play this music through my ear phones and I don’t wake up a bit. Today is the third time I’m sleeping to this video peacefully like an angel that just partied all day and slept for a day straight. Thank you for posting this video and all the others, I’ll check them out another time. -Santiago P.S. I’m and eleven year old boy somewhere in Canada...

Hello! You dont looks like and Eleven usar old but ok... You're too Young to have sleep problems... You should try to quit Hearing this bit by bit so you can learn to sleep without help. You're brain rests and grows on silence. This helps to relax, and then try to turn this off to sleep.

I am literally eleven somewhere in Canada as well. I also have problems sleeping. For one, it's way to hot in my room, and two, my dog sleeps with me and keeps moving around the bed and makes a lot of noise.

Or just maybe, it's a misfiring brain..due to external forces, pressures, and the conceived idea that we are stuck with our thoughts..not so..we can calm them down, soothe and relaxand change them. It takes a little effort..mostly though it take Will..we can find peace..then practice that feeling in the day without the assist of the music...which I really really like.
