Anna, you mention questions from viewers. I understand that you're under no obligation to reveal personal details but I am curious about the background history of how you got involved in Reiki and ASMR and then went on to create a RU-vid Channel. Do you practice in the real world as well? I had heard of Reiki many years ago but I discovered ASMR only about six months ago. I find it remarkable that there are very many ASMRtists out there. Where did this all come from? As well, a very relaxing session.

I'm also really interested in this! Especially when she drew the reiki symbols on her hands, I was wondering if that's what a real life Reiki session looks like as well? I personally have no experience with reiki so a general information video with some relaxing triggers would be amazing!

@@SimsInfoVideo I was in a group reiki session about 15 years ago. This video was similar to that experience, except everyone in the small group took turns as the recipient.

Hello Anna. First I would like to that you for your videos. I have watched you sporadically for awhile now but have just recently made you my primary source of support. I have done that because I feel like I am needing a little more advanced help and I consider you to be wise in what you do. You asked in this video if there were any questions any of us might have. I do. A little background on me. I am 53, single and I have degenerative joint and disc disease. I also am a Libra an Empathy and an INFJ personality with severe PTSD. My question is where do I find the information I need to learn about how to understand where the emotions I feel are coming from and how to manage them. I am especially connected to the pain and desperation that sick, injured, hungry etc that animals feel. I am still working through quitting smoking and self medicating. I work with a Master Herbalist and am taking natural supplements for my emotions, heavy metal poisoning, detoxing of my liver and spleen and allergies. I also recently started taking collagen and my body feels so much better. Anyway that was alot I know. Anyway I look forward to any insight you have for me. Also I am very connected to my little brother whom I share a twin bond with even though we are not twins and he has been sick for a long time. He is slowly getting better but has set backs from time to time and I feel him alot too. Ok well thank you for all that you do. I am looking forward to also checking out your plant based life. This is my fave Reiki ASMR so far. Your words invited me to practice my progressive muscle relaxation. I went from a burnt out lump of smoldering coal to a tingling glob of relaxation.
