Hi Corey, i have a new 30hp evinrude e-tech, but it's not as quite as you say, and it smoke alot, not even.my 25 year old 2 stroke johnson use to smoke like this. not happy at all with my e-tech.

BUT APPARENTLY THOSE NASA-LOY PISTONS ARE SUPER HARD AND DURABLE AND CAN WITHSTAND OVERHEATING CONDITIONS FOR A LONG TIME IF EVER YOUR MOTOR HAS A PROBLEM AND YOU'RE WAY OUT ON THE WATER! I AM A 28 YEAR OUTBOARD TECH AND I ALWAYS TELL MY CUSTOMERS THAT OWN 2-STROKE'S WITH OIL-INJECTION PUMPS TO PRE-MIX THERE GAS WITH A 100:1 OIL RATIO JUST IN CASE!!!

Wayne Swicegood I think he said 50 to 1 and u have to use xd 100 oil which is 36$ gallon I have 300 etec I don't run xd oil still run evinrude tcw3 oil

Wayne Swicegood computer has to be set to tcw3 setting runs a little bit heavy on oil that way u get a lean injector u don't wipe out a cylinder
