This man's testimony could put someone on death row, but alien abduction talk and he's treated like that crazy person asking for change at a 711 parking lot.

I remember the early 70's being incredibly filled with UFO sightings and reports. I remember adults speaking specifically of this event. My dad bought a telescope in 1973. We lived in Birmingham. One evening, shortly after sunset, my dad called us to the front yard where he had the telescope set up. He made us look at this object that appeared to be reflecting sunlight. All around this bright, white ball of light, were smaller lights. Some darted into this light. Others, were darting out. The speed they were moving, had to be incredible, considering the distance at which we were viewing. It was strange.

Calvin has said that he hasn’t keep in contact with Charlie that well over the years, but their stories have never changed, and they mesh very well if take the time to compare them. The only difference I’ve heard is that Charlie does not mention the ‘female’ type alien that Calvin said put her fingers in his mouth.

I’ve had a green laser come through my bedroom wall and retinal scan me without blinding me or burning a hole in my wall my mind was blown and I was in shock.

This is very easily believable and I would think he would be telling the truth !

I’m probably one of the most skeptical people out there..grew up on the coast most of my adult life. Coming back from Alabama one night I saw a collection of orange orbs almost identical to the ones seen in the pass Christian video. They seemed to float stationary, wobbling a bit (maybe looked like they were wobbling because of the lights being so bright) then quickly ‘dimmed’ out disappeared. It’s entirely possible that whatever it was wouldn’t be identifiable on our radars. Descriptions of ‘mechanical people’ is interesting.

Yep! He's telling the 100% TRUTH. I never saw the robot guys but argos 1997 these Gray beings were in my home. I only told about 10 people in person. My whole bedroom lit up and then I heard scuffing feet on my carpet. They were size of four year old cold. After I BEGGED AND PLEADED BECAUSE I HAD 3 LITTLE GIRLS in my house they did leave. No time was missing BUT I have NO MEMORY of them leaving. They did not speak. I do think they understood. One was examining my face like he was excited or interested or bent sorry. I don't know. I have no clue how they decided to leave. I heard No verbal words. 😢 I wish I could have spoke to him before he passed away. 😢 I wonder how many more people are like me that never told their account because of fear of being laughed at or ruining their life.

One night in my teens, I went "Joint walking" down the street. All of a sudden this craft appears over my head, and I hear over the P.A. "QUIT SMOKING POT". That was it! I haven't touched the stuff since, even after they legalized it!

I believe I was visited by something, by my bedroom, when I was a little kid. I was scared, but it relayed to me, non-verbally, that it wasn't gonna hurt me. It was pure light, with a human-like silhouette of a body, only the place where legs should be faded and didn't touch the ground. Same with the hands. No eyes or facial features. The outline of the body rippled in small prism waves, like heat coming off of it. This was at night. It must have awakened me. My older brother slept through the whole thing. I was scared anyway, so I covered my head with the bed covers. Then the room started spinning. I remember thinking, but not saying, I wish this would stop. I stopped spinning. When I took the covers from over my head, it was gone. After what seemed like minutes, I ran to my parents room, woke my Mother, and asked if I could sleep with them. I thought she would say no, saying I was too big to be sleeping with them. But, she let me. I never told them about it.

Let me add a little bit to the comments that people seem to be asking. In 1973 when this happened, I was living right near this area, so heard all the talk going on like it does in small towns, and as it did especially in 1973. Unlike today. Charlie and Calvin worked together at the shop yard. They weren’t ever “best buddies”. They knew each other from work, and Calvin had just started working there. Well, one thing about us down here in the Deep South, is most of us love to fish. Probably because the fishing is so much better here than anywhere else! So, we tend to go fishing a lot. So, Charlie, was much older than Calvin. Charlie had fought in the war, in the Army, he had traveled around the world on the Army. Met a lot of people & seen a lot of things from countless countries. Calvin on the other hand, was very young, (19?) never been anywhere, a real country boy and a sheltered life. Charlie took Calvin under his wing so to speak, the ship yard was a hustling bustling kinda place, with lots of outsiders working there due to a shortage of people and massive hiring at the time. Charlie was more like a father to Calvin than a friend, and Charlie has said that numerous times. He kept Calvin from being taken advantage of, showed him the ropes etc.. So this new, and bit odd friendship had just started, so they decided to go “cast a few” before and after their shift started since they could fish right there off the bank. And that’s the backstory. That’s all it was. An impromptu desire to sit there for a few minutes, maybe an hour, and see if the fish were biting. (Which they weren’t!!) Charlie made sure to tell us in an interview he did. 🙂 Moving along in time to after the abduction, this is when you really see Charlie doing his best to protect Calvin from everyone. Again, Charlie having been around a lot during the war, handled all of this as well as can be expected. Calvin, just about had to be committed to a mental institution, because he couldn’t get it and keep it together afterwards, because he was so traumatized. And BTW, for all you critics out there, who love to insult these guys calling them liars, you only show your ignorance in doing so. Because no one can imitate the kind of trauma Calvin displayed for months and even years after the fact. And even if he could, why do it? To intentionally ruin his life for no reason? As you saw, there obviously was never any fame or money because of what happened to them. These two guys suffered an onslaught of haters for years. Calvin went into “hiding”, Charlie kept confronting people for years when they’d attack him calling him a liar. People often make a big deal about them not being close friends to death or something. They were never best friends as I described above, and also, Calvin was trying to escape the whole thing and Charlie wanted to tell people about it. Neither of them had any money to speak of, and later in life as an old man, Charlie started believing “why not make a few bucks on my story, other people do”? But by then it had been decades. And Charlie started talking about seeing other things when he was an old man, and knowing the kind of guys these two were, I think Charlie was just trying desperately at that point to make a little money, because he was living off social security and broke. I think by that time, he felt he should have at least made a little money on what happened to him, I mean Hell, authors and other people all over the world were writing books about HIS story and HIS life, and everyone was making money off their story EXCEPT him and Calvin. And I don’t blame him a bit for feeling that way. I would to. Especially! is I was poor and literally broke. So with one wanting to keep their story silent and the other wanting to tell it, that kept them from being together very much. And Calvin didn’t go back to the shipyard job, so, that’s the end of that. No big story, no big fight, no big falling out “because of a fake story”… they just ended up going different ways after a short friendship of a temporary co-worker. 1973 was so much different than today also. I mean today, people pay money, lots of it for nothing. In 73 we were still the old school. We didn’t pay for TV, like people do willingly today, and we wouldn’t have paid a thousand dollars for a stupid telephone so we could carry it around with us everywhere (even if there was such thing at the time). People were practical then. Just look at these UFO people that get Rick off traveling the lecture circuit. Some of those clowns (not all) have been telling the same story for 25-30 years, and people will go drop $200 bucks to go sit and listen to them speak at the Holiday Inn. And about half of them are BS artists! People didn’t drop big cash on nothing back in the day. If Charlie and Calvin had their UFO experience now? They’d both be rich off the proceeds just as others are getting rich OFF of them, by writing books and even making that movie about them! Meanwhile, they and their families have NOTHING..!! If it was up to me? I’d either boycott all the books and movies about their case, OR PAY the families the money for their stories!! All these people on RU-vid selling book and movies about them, have STOLEN their story. And these authors should be looked on as the thieves they are. And Hollywood? Even WORSE!! They’ll make hundreds of millions and not give a dime to either family, and Calvin suffered his entire life because of this story! Anyhow, I hope that answered some backstory questions, and I hope ALL will consider my RANT at the end about the authors and film makers getting rich after stealing someone else’s personal story. If you have a heart, speak up to these writers and producers, let them know their behavior is nothing short of criminal. I have enough info about this, being from there, that I could write a book! If you have a question I may be able to answer it. And if you feel inclined to buy a book by someone other than Calvin, or see the movie about these men’s and families lives, perhaps consider anonymously mailing these families the price of that book or movie. I mean to say buy Calvin’s book first, but if you buy and watch the others, still send the families a donation if you can afford it. NO ONE who stole this story, deserves to be making money off of it. The wouldn’t let Charlie or Calvin make a penny off it, so neither should these people now!

my son and his wife n kids was driveing through our city with a lot of other people on the road to.at a red light all traffic was stoped and he was on the phone with me at the time because he had call to tell me they are looking at 3 firey color lights going up in the sky and some people was out of the cars takeing photos n videos .they was shape like a half of a boilded egg .and i told him to get me some photos he said he couldnt he was on the phone with me.stupid me, lol so i hung up and he caught one of the lights before it just dissapered and a lil of of the other 2 ..

Doesn't remember seeing the water "over here" because it was filled in he says, then saw lights reflecting on the water? Was a building to his right torn down that was formerly blocking that angle of view to the water? Interviewer should have caught that.

She is leading him with his previous testimony, perhaps to help him talk, but it sounds a little suspicious as an interview. Of course I do believe him. No doubt in my mind. Best case ever IMO.

I want to know about the woman he encountered on the craft. What she looks like, what she said ect. I don't know how you miss that as a journalist/reporter

I saw the blue lights with red lights and yellow lights. That space craft was the rebel one. It had racing stripes on the craft and it was made in Mexico. I guess they go with cheap labor as well....

Slowly, the stigma regarding this issue is departing. Extraterrestrials have been with our species "forever". Assisted us in building the pyrimids, disabled our ICBMs and have abducted many of us. And water is wet.

I once seen a star gate open and close in a matter of seconds near Saucier, MS.... had mechanical car trouble soon after once I reached the coast getting near Waveland and the Stennis Space Center.... funny that I woke up that morning with a incredible urge to drive down to the MS Gulf Coast and go to the Stennis Space Museum and desire to court the waitress at the museum..... it may have been set up as a experiment by ET

All things considered, I think it's reasonable to assume they had an idea, being in a police-interrogation room, that they might be recorded. it doesn't solidify their story, as far as I'm concerned..
