Stinging nettle is growing right now and it's better than spinach!!! It is not only tasty but also healthy. Stinging nettle in combination with cheese and sorrel leaves is fantastically tasty 🥰 Be sure to try it!
We need:
For the dough:
500g plain wheat flour
approx. 350 ml of water
4 tablespoons of oil
21g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Filling:
Fresh stinging nettle
Fresh sorrel
Garlic cloves (1-2)
Mozzarella cheese
Cow's cheese in brine
ham (pastırma)
oregano
White yogurt
