He's right, Detroit and GB were playoff teams last year and had little to no drop off in overall talent. Bears are probably 3rd right now, but that don't mean that's where they'll finish.
Very well explained! No need for anyone to take offense to this. How can you rank a team higher than what the are when they didn't even have a winning record the season before? Great moves during the off-season but their play on the field will determine how they'll be ranked during the season. 🐻⬇️
Bears are #1 in division we never had trouble with Det or Min, yes GB has had our number last 5 yrs, however they have never face a 🐻 offense like the one we have now!
The wide receiver argument he made about DJ possibly being the only receiver could literally be stated about every other team in the NFL… the bears aren’t the only team that can suffer injury so in that case you can’t knock the receiver corps for that reason and say that’s what keeps them from being ranked higher than other teams with less talent. How does that even make sense?
Also, he mentions in the beginning that he isn’t so sure about Rome Odunze and the 51% wide receiver bust rate. But then when talking about Caleb Williams Expectations he says he can’t fail with three pro bowl level wide receivers. I don’t agree with your first point that Rome might be a bust, I think that’s very unlikely. But I don’t think he’ll be pro bowl worthy his rookie year. If you’re going to hate on this team, hate consistently at least.
Bro! The Lions almost made the SB last season & added some key pieces this off-season that will make them even stronger. They're easily the favorites to win the division. I love the off-season moves our Bears made, but we can't rank em over the Lions or Packers just bc of off-season moves alone. Hopefully the Bears are able to compete against both of those teams this season bc it will make for a great football within the division. 🐻⬇️
Lmao the Bears only struggled against the Packers? Yall struggled against the Vikings. Yall scored 12 points off of 4 turnovers? Yall gave up a lead to the Lions. Let’s not act like yall dominated both the other two teams in the division.
@@saraxiong he's probably talking about the only stat that matters, final score. The bears haven't been a great team, but they win one and lose one to the vikes and lions, packers they pretty much always lose.
I frue, this means the Bears rebuild is a failure in the third year.Let us recall that Ryan Pace was a step from the Super Bowl while winning 12 games wit Nagy as HC and Mitch TRubisky at QB/
Having 1 decent season in the last 14 years is hardly proving themselves. I don't mean to hate, I really hope they do awesome, they deserve it. But I wouldn't say they've proven anything. 1 season could be a fluke, if they do it again this year we can say they are a proven team. I wouldn't be betting anything until I see consistency. Lions had 12 wins, the Bears did that with Trubisky and Nagy, so it doesn't necessarily mean anything just yet.
The Bears are closer to 4th than 2nd. The Lions and Packers grew up last year. The Vikings have improved and will be competitive. The Bears will struggle with their overrated rookie QB. The Bears have the weakest offensive line in the NFC
Uninformed take. The Lions are legitimate division contenders, but I do'nt get all this hype for the Packers they grew up last year? They were barely a 500 team. Love still has a lot to prove. They need a WR to step up. Some of their defensive stars are aging, and the transition from 3-4 to 4-3 is going to have some bumps along the way. Not to mention they got worse at RB. There biggest additions were to lower impact positions. The idea that the Bears haven't closed the gap of the Pack is disingenuous. And the Vikings have taken a step back. IN 2024 Darnlod/McCarthy < Cousins and Turner < Hunter. The Bears O-line isn't that bad. Fields did more to make his O-line look bad than the O-line did to make Fields look bad
@stephend3459- The Packers did grow up last year. They were the youngest team in the league, and had the youngest offense. They were 7-3 In their last 10 games, and then drilled the Cowboys in Dallas and gave the 40 Whiners all they could handle in San Fran. Have no idea who is “aging” on the Packers except maybe Preston Smith
@@stephend3459lmao the Vikings have a rookie qb just like Chicago but the Vikings took a step back and Chicago took a step forward. 🤣🤣 Yall talking shit like you have a proven rookie QB. You have the worst o line in the division with a rookie QB. The notion that you’re not going to struggle is laughable.
