Trail ride on my Honda CB500X along old Roman Road called Cam High Road, from Beggarmans Road to High Lane near Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales.

Nice road thinking about doing it in the 4x4, haven't got a bike yet. Beautiful scenery and rainbow at the end too! I don't think you waffle it's nice to hear unlike some videos where everything is drowned out with unnecessary loud music

Thanks Dave, hopefully this video will inspire you to get a bike 😂 I do like this route, in particular as it was a an old Roman road, and will be re visiting soon as I’ve now upgraded my bikes suspension..the rainbow was a bit of a bonus! I do try and keep things simple as the videos are secondary to my personal enjoyment and experience..hope you manage to get there 👍🏻

@@thecampingbiker791 I’ve been up that was before from Hawes over the buttertubs to Reeth and stayed in the black bull inn. Really nice area to explore and some great ales 🍺👍

Andrew, did that route the other way round plus the extra bit too the dead end for vehicles a few years ago. Its a nice ride but I did end up putting my back into spasm when I got home due to all the standing I did(just wasn't used to it).

Great vid of the Cam, when you are riding off road where do you look? Always look where you want to go and not right in front of the wheel. It may help on rocky sections especially. Apologies if you know this already. 😊

Yeti Bob, I too was told this many moons ago from a very experienced and fast enduro rider. He always said you cannot change what's right in front of you. Saying that though cannot stop looking for those slippy tree roots in the woods and that soft sand.
