Some people don’t understand how bad a broken back feels. You can’t twist your body or anything and it feels like you got the wind nocked out of you. This man is tougher than nails I miss prime cam.
My friend had a crane fall on him at work and broke his back severely, he was walking 6 months later, with 2.5 mill awarded to him for damages!!! And sadly pain meds did more damage to him than the crane did!

I slipped a spinal disc in my lower left vertebrae when i was 14. I tried to play the next game without telling the coaches about my injury cause I was the starting left guard and didn’t want to let my team down. 8 plays into the first drive my back felt like it’s getting stabbed over and over again with a rotating knife. I had to take myself off the field and fell on the sidelines cause my legs and back were locking up. I couldn’t hold back the tears, the pain was too much. It’s been years since that day and I still gotta deal with back pain on a daily basis. Cam newton is a different level of athlete to be able to play in a game not even two weeks after that man.
And folks still crapped on this man. If he woulda sat down all them times like anyone else would have he’d still be in the game right now. Probably not a starter but definitely still playing
Never cheered for him and smith but they definitely deserved a ring. Definitely a legend. And I’d be mad too after the Super Bowl and heard people cheering. I’d take any fine just to hope on the plane back home.
The Panthers organization didn’t deserve Cam AND they damn sure don’t deserve Panthers fans. I’m from NC, I’ve never been a Panthers fan, but I can say that the fans deserve better. One of the most loyal fan bases in football and the organization pisses away good talent constantly.

It’s so sad that his prime years where he was the most DOMINANT scrambling quarterback of all time is overshadowed by his old form, with people calling him trash. People don’t understand that with a scrambling quarterback they only have a little time period for their prime.
