Thank you for sharing your information. Mondulkiri and Ratanakiri are indeed beautiful places, similar to Tennessee or West Virginia in the US. I always visit Pursat (Vel Veng) whenever I'm in Cambodia, and the road there is very nice now. Your retirement plan in Cambodia sounds wonderful, and I'm sure you will enjoy it here.
