All the cabinets and closet it’s not covered you have to upgrade it? No bad room down stairs? Very nice only thing I don’t like is bathroom sink it’s on the top of the counter , yeah the price a half million or more
We've been living here for over ten years now since our retirement from US. Twin Villa was about $150,000 then and $300,000 now. We love it here as it's so nice with everything you need if you don't want to get out the gated community!
This is a beautiful home. Does this community has home association fees? Do all windows have screens prevented mosquitoes from getting inside? Big side doors have screens also? Thank you for sharing!
How’s health care over there ?…do your insurance cover it? ..my insurance covers over around the world my husband worked for government but I still don’t trust the doctors over there and then to painful to see my childhood memories of my relatives. God bless you be healthy
@@sodaratieng9507 They do have association fees but very affordable like trash and security for like $200 a year. For window and door screens, we had the private contractors did them for us.
Do you have dual citizenship with USA and Cambodia bong Phally? If you Cambodia citizenship, then it is much safer to buy a home in Cambodia and put it in your name.
