I learned that you plan to have your mother-in-law to go back to Cambodia, my personal opinion, she doesn't have to be there just stay here with you but have her walking two rounds of a block every day (or on treadmill). By doing this ( exercising ) will reduce tendency the memory loss (dementia), beside that get a prescription from her doctor this medication " Donepezill Hcl 10 MG TAB for slowing down dementia speed just like my husband taking. This medicine taking at bedtime has know side effect, yes it is working makes my husband smarter and talk a lot. Good luck to your decision. Love lim, Siv
