When I went to Cambodia in 2016 in July the weather during that year not to hot during day time around 31 to 33 degrees only plus i stay 1 month even not much rain either mostly dry but I can see now in Cambodia look so beautiful but like you said it's hot ok take care bye from milton Ontario Canada
Hello pu mab i think you should try to sell the house cheaper because its going to be hard to sell homes in that area in cambodia ,loose a little money now better than loose over 10k later
i hope that this café will be no long lasting, as the entrance fee is so expensive $2.50 and cannot exchange for any drink as other resort. this place is small, coffee is expensive. Hope one day will meet you bongs.
Why buy a house in Cambodia to sell. You should only buy a house in Cambodia, if you want to retired there as a dual citizen with a western country like the U.S. and Cambodia.
This community looks like a bunch of home-flippers. The quality from home to street are very low quality. My opinion: The structure will be deteriorated in the next few years.
