Cambodian Americans Continue to Claim Kampuchea Krom and Koh Troal (Cambodian news in Khmer)

Participants at the 21st Anniversary of Paris Peace Accord reacted strongly to a comment made by Prime Minister Hun Sen that Cambodia had lost the rights to claim back Kampuchea Krom (lower Cambodia) and Koh Troal island.
In his five-hour speech to the National Assembly on August 9, the premier told the chamber that after Cambodia submitted a map, which did not include those pieces of land, to the United Nations in 1960s, it lost the legitimate rights to claim back the territory. VOA Khmer's Sok Khemara reports from the conference in Arlington, Virginia.

our attention on a big picture of fighting Vietnam to free our Khmer Krom. That's what we all should be doing and not fighting ourselves time again and again, and again, and again, while Vietnam is sitting and watching and enjoying themselves seeing us fighting ourselves to weaken ourselves day after day, week after week month after month, and year after year. I want to be clear to all Khmer around the world: I'm not a Hun Sen supporter and neither I am belonging to the CPP, but I prefer to just ignore Hun Sen and his actions, even it hurts me very bad. International law/court or UN won't work at all. The Tibet example is a real reminder that international court or any other international organization is not the solution to free Khmer Krom or any other nations. Getting the UN, international court, or any other international organizations to help free our Khmer Krom is an absolute waste of time, energy and resources.

work. Think about it--how many countries has ever been freed from conquerers without some kinds of force? The answer is zero. This is no different; without force, Vietnam won't give back an inch of land back to Khmer. So stop dreaming of getting land back without using force. You can't make guns in the USA, Canada, France, Australia or any other countries--it's ILLEGAL and you will be put in jail if you do. But in Cambodia it is LEGAL to make guns and you won't be in trouble with the laws. In Cambodia you can make anything and you won't be running into trouble with the laws. As a matter of fact, Cambodian government even encourage its citizens to make a lot of things--including guns. You might even sell them to the government if you can produce good guns

But for us Khmer, there isn't any other ways of solving this problem but to wage "a stupid fools guerrilla war." It is nice to see our Khmer people trying to bring awareness to the rest of the world about Khmer Krom, but it's a losing cause because Vietnam will never agree to give back Khmer Krom. We should focus our attention toward building our arm forces, arming our Khmer Krom citizen fighters who are the main source of resistance and we can provide them with weapons and other warfare and logistics. That's what we should be doing instead of wasting time about trying to get the UN to help. It won't work.

Using international law in hope of relcaiming Khmer Krom back will never work. Look at the past where Japan lost a number of islands to the Russian after WWII; look at lots of disputes in South China sea and elsewhere. Look at the Greeks Islands that taken by Turkey not long ago; and look at Tibet where overwhelming majority of the World Court voted for Tibet independence and the result exists in the record book only and not in reality of free Tibet.

Kampuchea krom was belongs to Cambodia if we have to fight to get them back , but it get to start from people who live in Kampuchea Krom. Kampuchea Krom population have to create their own army to fight for Independent and then we go from there. Koh Troal is not the same situation as Kampuchea Krom , which is a gift from ours King to his Vietnam father -in-law and it also involves with French's government.

You need to do some more research on the topics to be make use of the subjects. Also on more specific topic, you can type on RU-vid search box with this phrase: Software for designing and milling an AR-15 Lower from scratch In the video there are several software references and links to the software for using in the design process. Watch the video and do more do research.

So answer me who vote for mr Hun-sen if it's not you Cambodian!!?? Don't tell me the number of "Vietnamese's agent" are larger than Cambodian! I saw we Vietnamese didn't do anything wrong. Some live among you while the other poorer don't even have a house! Now I saw and hear fanatic Cambodian nagged my poor brethren here and there from none VN's paper and from people there. and you can see that the eradication process has already taken place long time ago and is still continuing until our Khmer Krom is eradicated from this planet earth. We need to unite as one Khmer and stop blaming each other for past misdeeds. Blaming the past won't help free our Khmer Krom from extinction. We Khmer all over the world need to contribute in some kind. Here's a guidance: 1. Set up a fundraising entity. 2. Organize as groups. 3. Tell others about Khmer Krom. 4.Don't give up.

Unfortunately Vietnam have more money and potential than Cambodia. Not to say the world know none about the so-call "Khmer Krom". They only know South Vietnam regions.

Also some Cambodian guys like to shout sth like there're 5 millions Vietnamese in Cambodia yet none can public a source. Bother to give me a good source mister Khmer!? The highest estimated of Vietnamese who live aboard are less than 3 millions and Vietnamese-Cambodian are roughly 100k according to most sources I known (including Wikipedia). Cambodian currently have 15 millions, if there're 5 millions Vietnamese there then 1/3 Cambodian citizen are Vietnamese!? Rather ridiculous right!?

We support all activities Of Khmer Kampuchea Krom, Khmer, Krom land is part of Cambodian land since Eight century according to Chinese history. Look back around 1949, Annam's Communist leader name HO CHI MINH in his handwriting note to The Annam people saying that the south part of Annamland belongs to The Kmer people, they let us use their land to fight the French colony the Indochine.

First thing first: I urge all Khmer around the world to start doing actions instead of talking without actions. All talks without actions are what our enemies are laughing at. 1. Set up a fundraising entity.Keep raising it and dedicated for the freedom of our Khmer krom. 2. Organize as groups. Someday we'll consolidate as one group. 3. Tell others about Khmer Krom. 4. Educate yourself in relevant technologies pertaining to our causes. 5. Don't give up. This is a long term fight
