Fish cake is very popular in Cambodia. We made it with lemongrass paste. The texture is firmed and bouncy and the taste is amazing.
Ingredients:
1lb [500g] Snakehead Fish Fillet
1½Tbsp Fish Sauce
¼tsp Salt
1Tbsp Sugar
½tsp Chicken powder
½tsp Ground pepper
2Tbsp Tapioca starch
1Tbsp Cooking oil
1 Egg
2½Tbsp Lemongrass paste
2oz [50g] Long beans
