Cambridge audio Evo 150+ Wharfedale Evo 4.4 

Listened to this through my El Cheepo Goodwill store, scruffy Harmon Kardon HK395. It was Nirvana even through that aging system. I cannot imagine what it would be like to be in the same room with it. Tis good to be king.

It's a relaxed and rich sound with a relaxed space.

Great presentation. Question and your advice. I'm about to buy a Yamaha amplifier AS 1200. But I'm undecided between these two types of speakers. Can you tell me. Is the Fharfadale Evo 4.4 a better choice,I'm leaning more towards the Wharfadale 4.4, and I'm interested in whether it would be necessary to buy a subwoofer as well, although the bass here is quite good.Salute ​
