hello thanks for the video, i havw a question, do you have a trick or something to equate the work energy formulas? like the gpe-ke=wr-wf or something? i always get mistakes into putting them, i always put them in the wrong place. please help.

It is not gpe or ke. Rather, it is delta(change). So if a body becomes faster, delta ke is positive. If it becomes slower, delta ke is negative. Similarly if the said body loses height, depta gpe is negative.
