Bro good video but I must ask . I shoot on Fridays so in the beginning it be daylight then maybe 2 half it gets dark . Do you still Expose of the sky when it’s dark ? Or do you start exposing for the team jerseys etc making sure they are exposed correctly as well
All depends on the lighting of that particular day/location but generally speaking I would imagine with a shutter speed that low (which would be correct basically for the 180 degree rule) if it's outdoors it would more than likely be blown out and need an ND of some level, unless you used a really high aperture (like F11 or something just throwing out a number lol) to counter all the light getting in. Then again though, it also depends on the look you're going for motion wise; the 180 degree rule is great for natural looking motion blur but sometimes especially with sports people like the cranked up shutter speed that would then bring down the highlights and maybe not require an ND, but instead of the smoother motion blur you would get a more jittery look (which imo still can look good too, especially with sports)
Its great. I have the speed booster so i can either get a 70-200 range with that or a 100-300 if i dont use the speed booster which is great for field sports
