Oh how I love when you do makeup videos, Thank you. I will conquer that eyeshadow yet! I think I am just afraid to go bold and big enough. Great video up close so I could see what you really do. You look great, Margaret! What talent you have to be able to cut your own hair and do such a nice job at it.👏 Grandchildren are so precious, aren't they.❤ Squish was probably just overtired. I find my little grandkids do the same when they come to visit and get overtired or thrown off their schedule.

Margaret, you do such a fabulous job on your hair and makeup! I’m 80 but still want to look pretty when I go out 😅 I stopped wearing makeup everyday when I go out when I retired about 13 years, only make myself up on special occasions! Always disappointed though! 🤷‍♀️

Do you heat up the eyelash curler before you use it? Years ago in Cosmetology class I watched a video about makeup application and the lady doing the video gave that piece of advice. She said to heat up the eyelash curler with a blow dryer for a couple of seconds before using it. She said "You wouldn't curl your hair with a cold curling iron so why would you use a cold eyelash curler?" I tried it and it really works. I have heated my eyelash curler ever since. Your makeup and hair look beautiful.

The right brushes make all the difference in applying makeup - not only in making it easier to apply, but in the results. I haven't seen many micro bladed brows that look really good, unless you go to somewhere that charges an arm and a leg. CVS carries a brilliant brand of brow products called "Arches & Halos", and they have several different methods of application. I love their color Mocha Blonde and the Micro Defining Eye Pencil and the Micro Tinted Brow Mousse - to me they are as good if not better than Benefit and at a lot lower cost.

You might want to try a very subtle wash of color on the whole lid just about up to the eyebrows like I do. Maybe very thin highlight directly at the brow line. Let me know!

Dear Margaret, please consider tatooing/ microblading your brows...I did it 2 yrs ago and it nit only makes my life easier but i feel so much younger looking with eyebrows! Im 63 and it was the best thing i ever did for myself

I had mine done about 5 years ago. I’m 73 now. It was the best thing i did for my face. I don’t normally use any makeup so it’s great for me. I had eyebrows like Margaret’s.

I know it’s costly. But i caught a Black Friday deal And put it on a credit card (which i don’t use normally) and paid it off over about 4 months. It was well worth it.

I would love to get my brows done. I’ve heard that microblading doesn’t last very long on mature skin. I don’t know if that’s true or not but I heard that it doesn’t work so well for older people. I’ve known two people that got their brows tattooed. One of them looked fabulous. The other one OMG it’s horrible, It’s all I can stare at.

I’m 73. Got my eyebrows done when i was 67. Still really good. Have not had any touch up done. I like them even better now. They are slightly faded and look more natural.
