@Lee joe86 It's not BIOS Corruption, On further research, The reboot exception is caused by an NVM Corruption, software/firmware errors, or major BREW vunerability, firstly, when the device crashes, it creates the exception to the "except" folder on the root of the phone, then lastly, the phone reboots after creating an exception. but if your device freezes, it cannot create the exception file, cause of it's NVM Corruption. The U.S. Cellular Kyocera KX9 restarted into bootloader/charging mode as shown from TPG2009, because of the SW/FW errors. The Amp'd Kyocera Jet KX18 freezes entirely as shown from Tony's Phone Collection of the unboxing video, because of it's NVM Corruption.
