Cameron Britton, David Castaneda & Robert Sheehan chat with film critic Anne Brodie about filming 'The Umbrella Academy' season 1 on Netflix now. / annebrodie
1. This interviewer is amazing and I love her 2. Robert's giggle is adorable 3. Cameron is a gift 4. These three all play off each other so well and it's awesome
I like this interviewer, she continues with what they say (asking what they kept from set after Britton mentioned the brace, asking about in-character underwear after Sheehan mentioned nicking some...) instead of just running through a predetermined list of cliché questions. Plus she's quite charming, I think. Edit: "this interviewer" being Anne Brodie, of course. Cheers to her :)
Could you imagine if Robert Sheehan and Ezra Miller ever did a film/interview together? They are both so unabashedly themselves and crazy. Nothing would get done, but it would be great.
I sometimes get self conscious over my accent (robbie and i have the same one, as we are from the same town in ireland) but then when people on the internet seem to love the accent i feel much better about it :,)
@@cariesie7334 It is a very charming accent indeed! Ireland and Britain have so many different beautiful accents, shame we mostly hear the standart RP in media...it makes everything so same-y....
One of my favourite Umbrella Academy interviews so far. Such a lovely and sweet interviewer, and Robert definitely kept the dog tag which has left me in a state gonna go cry for a bit.
teardrop tattoos in that placement usually mean you've been to prison for a while, or lost someone, etc. sometimes it means the person was assaulted in prison. i'm not entirely sure why they're both wearing them, and especially why they're red. might just be for fashion?
The Hazel character is hysterical. The fact he is such a hum-drum and almost whiney time-travelling assassin cracks me up. Cameron played him perfectly as the straight man to everything else crazy going on. But of course, Klaus steals the show. Robert is very talented and I swear it took me about 60 seconds into his character being on screen before I knew exactly who it was (I didn't research the cast beforehand).
This was a great interview. Definitely one of the better ones from this round of their press junket. Good job to Anne Brodie for making it such a comfortable looking interview.
Cameron Briton's moustache seems to be the look for season 2 of Mindhunter :D Robert Sheehan nailed the part. They all did such a fantastic job. I didn't expect to enjoy this show as much as I did.
Cameron: I kept my brace Robert: I kept a piece of jewelry that I can’t tell you what it is cuz it might be important in season two David: I kept the pants cuz they’re tight😂
i forget that americans dont have terms like budgie smugglers meanwhile my friends and i had a facebook chat named that throughout the latter part of secondary school
great interview! I could listen to them talk for hours! and so amazing to see Robert again, I remember being absolutely enamored with his Nathan from misfits, but Klaus is probably now in my top5 fav characters! and he's such a funny person as well
@@sirirem7292 that the awesome part. I loose my shit when Justin H. Min publishes that he wants a partner and David sends him pictures of him wearing wigs and saying "am I an option??"
Stratford does have really good theatre. The whole town is based on it, and there is even a recreation of Shakespeare's theatre (the circular one) I don't know if Robert watched the musicals there, but... Yeah. Also, if you end up going to Stratford and you like reading, there's a bookshop for used books close to the theatre. I always go when I have the chance. The books are cheap too
Could be situational, could be an L1 vs L2 thing. I'm much more talkative in Spanish too, generally speaking. It's weird to think about it -- he probably hasn't noticed it himself, either. I hadn't thought about this at all, until I read these comments. :P
This was an amazing interview. Why the fuck is everyone obsessed with Robert's accent? It sounds like every other Irish person.. am I just used to Irish accents?
