In many parts of the world, the idea of eating a snail is stomach-churning. Except perhaps in France. And in West Africa, where the molluscs are consumed in large quantities as a source of protein. However, many people don't know how to clean them. It's prompted one Cameroonian entrepreneur to turn her skills into a profitable business, and empower women in her community.
