Is it posseble to stop talking about the royal children! They are very well behaved, especially in the long ceremony off the late Queens funeral! The children are just 9 and 7 years old!! Charlotte was wonderful! She was incredibly composed (which shouldn't even be asked of children at such an age). She was precious, graceful, regal and supportive, always by George's side helping him follow all the etiquette and choreography.

The Wales children were perfection and I don't have any children at all and I had cats most of my life. They weren't good all the time getting into neighbors garbage cans around 1:00 am. So I am lay back sort of Mom. They did come when I whistle for them at 1:00 am . I wasn't so hot when I was a child got into Mischief during church. So children are way better than me at their age. I watched the whole funeral. The children were amazing. We as adults forget that even though they are royals, they are still children. Any long, drawn out event can be trying on any child, including very well behaved royal children. Catherine handled things very well.

She actually said to Diana, everyone loves you, you have two boys, what else do you need, Diana without hesitation said "my husband" "i'm not stupid I know what's going on". The two children behaved very well! For still very young ones to be at their Granny's funeral, and do so fittingly is superior for their ages! Long hours for them is a huge ask to behave, and they did it very very well!! They acted actually more adult than a lot of adults do! That says so much. I still have not very good feelings for Camilla after what she did to Diana! Also, she is not royal one bit, whether she is of royal blood (Diana was, even more than Charles). Personally i don't think that a funeral is the place for children at all and this funeral was a more long drawn out process than normal. I can understand that Prince William and Catherine are trying to ease their children into these important ceremonies, but the two children were extremely well behaved during this extremely long day and night to follow. Yes the new King has lost his mother and is trying so hard to follow in her footsteps of being stoic, but he is an adult aware of the various protocols and sense of duties, he's had 73 years to get to grips with that so vitally important day. These two babes haven't even reached double figures, but they're not only learning all the things other children up and down the land are doing, but they are also being schooled in royal etiquette and protocol. Back off all the doomers on these bairns and celebrate just how well they did throughout a trying day and days before hand

What ppl are forgetting, Carmella among them, is that unless Charles was physically with her then her position reverts to a non-royal and the 2 children are above her in rank by blood. She has not been coronated yet and at the funeral Charles had not been either. So Princess Charlotte preceding her from the car was perfectly in line with royal etiquette.

The only thing I can say here is, if Carmella’s behavior would have always been proper, Princess Charlotte’s grandmother might have very likely still been alive today. I know it takes 2 to tango, but she could have been proper back then.

Absolutely. On a tour to N. Canada, she and KC were being entertained by Inuit throatsingers, a very admired talent in the culture. Both Camilla and KC looked at one another, barely able to contain themselves;Camilla kept covering her face and was visibly shaking with stifled laughter! While this form of entertainment might appear odd to outsiders, you would think a couple of adults in their position could have behaved in a more respectful way. Frankly, it was embarrassing and they should have felt ashamed of themselves. As such, Camilla is in no position to criticize the behaviour of the little royals after her own outrageous and ill-mannered display. Just MHO…

Camilla's title has def gone to her head!! I've noticed a lot lately that she's said or done something that makes it look like she's enjoying pushing that title around. smh I for one can't stand it! I understand that was an extremely serious event but they're still children. Did Camilla seriously think Kate wasn't going to address the situation?! Most people didn't even notice what happened.

Honestly, I don't believe she deserves the title she was given. For me, when I think of a Queen, I think of Her Majesty(the late Queen Elizabeth II) & we all know Camilla's not worthy of even sticking to the bottom of her shoe! It's unfortunate she holds the title Queen Consort.

Camilla had children. She should understand children's behaviour. Charlotte and George are grieving the loss of their beloved great- grandmother. They're children! Camilla should have more compassion and empathy. Also, I read that George " pinched" Charlotte, and that's why she yelped. Poor dear !! Maybe George should be the one reprimanded. But this is the women who was unfaithful to her husband and couldn't keep her hands of another women's husband (after scorning the same man while in the service and marrying another) until she got him back. Probably purely because he would be King and thus she would have some power. I don't think it's her place to be scolding a little girl and her mother over that.

Exactly. Also, we only saw what the cameras showed us, too, and all the coverage wasn't just on the children. How do we know if they were well behaved throughout or not. If my brother pinched me at a funeral and I shouted, we'd have been told off too.

The only thing I disagreed with was that the children were made to attend BOTH church ceremonies PLUS the procession! That’s just way too long of a day for any person let alone a child! Children are known to have trouble with boredom during a normal church service let alone 2!!! I would have taken them to one or the other but definitely not both. They were impeccable in their manners given the hours and hours they spent silent , sitting and listening to boring talk. The other thing I learned early on with my kids is in situations like that is that they NEVER sit next to each other! That’s just asking for problems.
