I’ve used the honey leave in the last two washes and my normally dry hair has been soft and hydrated. I should have been using this way before now. Loved your review.
How did I miss this video, this is one of my favorite fall/winter combos. Yeah when using too much of the leave-in it gets this mushy sticky feeling. The sticky feeling last for about 3-5 days for me but my wash n go lasted for a full 2 weeks I could of went longer but I was ready to wash my hair 🙃. Glad you liked the combo!!!
Love that honey leave in! You’re right a little goes a LONG WAY!! I waited a long time to try it because of the price also. Wish I would have tried it years ago. I haven’t tried the curl maker yet, but plan on it soon! The almond twisting butter is bae!
The honey leave-in is so moisturizing. I had a little stickiness from just the leave-in but of course, that's being heavy-handed, I haven't tried the two together but I definitely what to give them a try together. These are some bomb products.
I used the honey leave in a few weeks ago and my hair stayed hydrated forever. I have not tried it with the curl maker. 18days later lol. It will definitely be in home at all times.
I’ve never had leave in that left my hair feel moisturized for that length of time until I stumbled upon this. I didn’t expect much just experimenting with this product, but the results were amazing. I’m definitely looking into buying more products in the line.
If you’re into the honey hydrate you might enjoy bekura beauty’s yam nectar deep treatment. It smells DIVINE and does that texture switch up going from pure honey to a cream conditioner when wet
I have had that honey hydrate and the curl maker in my product graveyard since way before the pandemic. Pulling those babies out TODAY! Yours is the 2nd video I came across today talking about this combo. Will report back.
The Curls are curling!! Yess😍 I have both the honey leave in and the curl maker but I couldn't tolerate the smell of the leave in so I didn't get to experience it but that curl maker is definitely a staple! LOved the video!
Curl maker is a top 5 fav gel for me. Gives me day 3 hair on day 1 which I don’t mind. Never used the honey leave in and i think the consistency may be too heavy for my fine hair but I loved your results!!
Thank you! I was super impressed. That consistently change in the honey makes it not as heavy as it looks. It kind of gets a bit foamy….it’s so different lol
Hey I think I did the mielle wrong again I put a texturizer in my hair my mom did that it’s the comb thru texturizer bro I need my curls immediately will the Camille curl maker work
I tried to like the honey leave in but it's finicky. The first time I used it, my hair was nice and soft but the second and third time, my hair felt so dry while styling and I had to use another leave in on top of the honey leave in.
I’ve never had flakes or a white residue after drying with curl maker. Are you using it alone or with the honey leave in? I’d maybe suggest seeing if it flakes it you add more water when you use it.
@@JermaineAuNatural thank you for responding, you’re the best. I am using it with water, not the honey leave in. I will try more water, but I only see the clear residue a few hours after it dries, so weird 😞. Do you think the honey leave in would help, 4b type hair with some parts a/c. 🙏
@@godsaveyourpeope Thank you!!! Additional suggestions to more water, would be shampoo/clarify your hair(could be buildup), try a leavein if it still is doing the same it could be that it just doesn’t work for your hair. For me, custards flake on my hair and I always have to use a gel on top so they don’t. Hair type wouldn’t make a difference for something like flaking.
I use both 1-2 times a week! I have 3c waist length when stretched hair and I love this combination! It’s the best one! I do it on extremely dripping wet hair. I comb the leave in into my hair and them the curl maker! When it’s completely dry I scrunch out the cast with a good oil. I wish I can post pics on here to show you how my hair is doing right now.
