You could have ulted garen and killed him at 11:27, camille ult resets turret aggro and your q is on a very short cd with trinity. Tbh you should have taken aggro first with the stun, ulted to reset on to eve and then killed him. Could have been clean

He actually really didn't play well this game. I think he forgot the his ult resets turret aggro since it would have gotten him a few kills and prevented his jungler from dying
