Summer is coming, which means that... Camino season is here!
From the 9th of May, the state of alarm in Spain has come to an end, which means that some restrictions and travel bans might be lifted. Pilgrim's albergues (aka public hostels) are slowly starting to re open, which means that the Camino is coming to life after the crisis of Covid-19. We don't know how the Camino will be this summer yet; full because of the Xacobeo 2021? Empty because of coronavirus?
No one knows, but we know sure it will be different and we need to be prepared bc it is almost here! And today I want to talk about one of the most important aspects to consider when traveling to Spain; the budget.
And you know what? U know what yet? I M STILL WAITING TO SEE SOMEONE DOING IT CHEAPER THAN I DID. In 2018 I walked the Camino Portugues from Porto to Santiago de Compostela for 12 days and I ONLY spent 10€ per day.
In this video I am going to show y'all how and how much I spent on accommodation, transportation, food and extras. Even with that budget I had a real good time!
