Wonderful video, big jump back to Santiago! The day turned out well again :) Walking back the streets of Santiago at 4:00 was a nice way to reminisce. Between 5:28 and 5:31, there was a big jump in the day! How was the day? Did you get to do some shopping? Will Epilogue 2 feature how you got back to your home country? Now that it's over, are you getting the Camino Blues (like we did)? You have inspired me to walk also to Fisterra, thank you! Congratulations again and Buen Camino!
Hey N! Yes, from 5:28 to 5:31 there was a bit of a jump in time, but we were "lost" with enjoying the cathedral square and surrounding area. It was a really good day. We did a some relaxed strolling around, and a bit of shopping. A bought a few t-shirts, two of which shrunk after washing and are how Siena's. 😄 The next epilogue(s) will not show us traveling home, but instead show us meeting up with the rest of our family in another European city. Stay tuned! We have the "back to busy civilization blues", which I guess may be a form of the Camino Blues." 😄 Thanks again, and Buen Camino!
@@EagerFeetFamily Awww, yeah, that's a good day to spend in Santiago: Shopping and enjoying the city is the way to go. I even hunted for a coffee shop that was owned by a Chicago person just to say hi (I used to live there)! And the Camino blues are real. But videos like yours always make me happy. Well that was a nice surprise! I'm hoping Epilogue 1 means there maybe a 2? How did it feel taking a short bus ride when you'd walked the same way over a few days?
You are a regular Sherlock Holmes! 😄 There will indeed be a couple more Epilogues. The bus ride, though winding, was actually quite good. We made many remarks about how the bus took just a few hours to drive the distance it took us four days to walk. But no regrets - it was a beautiful day. 🌞
