Hey Fernando, I am planning the same two caminos in May 2024. What footwear did you choose? Hiking boot or trail runner to complete both? I would love to connect somehow with you.
My wife and I stumbled on your vlogs after watching the movie with Martin Sheen and Emilio Esteves, we have stopped watching regular tv because of all the violence and political B.S, not to mention all the hate around the world. Your videos are soothing to the soul and very inspiring! Hopefully some day I’ll see you on the Camino. “ Buen Camino”
Efrén is the definitive guide to everything about the Camino… this short stretch is more breathtaking than most of the stages of the actual Camino Frances.
I hate to be repetitive, but what beautiful camerawork! I’ve come to realize that I could do the Camino a dozen times, I would still not see what you show us - I would not see those bird’s eyes views. But I’ve found that now when I walk, I am aware that I am in a wider landscape, and I can imagine what has gone before, what may be coming. You have widened my perspective, and for that I am grateful.
Whoa, that shot of the wolf standing atop the cliff'd edge, omg, that's one of those rare glimpses...a pee in your pants moment in time. Thanks for helping me choose a next route!
"Go forth your path, as it exists only through your walking. If you would attain to what you are not yet, you must always be displeased by what you are. For where you are pleased with yourself there you have remained. Keep adding, keep walking, keep advancing". Solvitur ambulado.
Wow, Efrén I am speechless! Your footage of this Camino is Sublime, it captures not only the essence of it but the very Soul! One thought keeps coming up in my mind; it seems that you prefer to be in Europe on the French & Spanish Caminos than you did on The Apalacian Trail! It just shows up in all your footage! Thank you for allowing us to accompany you! My heart is in heaven and is overflowing! ¡Buen Camino y Salud! 👣🦉🍷🌞🧚♀️👍😎
Efren, this is magnificent. I’ve watched the narrated versions that you’ve released leading up to this long overview version. The no-speaking edit with emotive music captures the reverence of walking Caminos. Well done.
This video captured the journey so well. Thank you for putting this together. I always enjoy your daily vlogs with your commentary. This seamless video spanning several days is stunningly beautiful in its simplicity. Thank you, Efren.
@@Walk_with_Efren Great idea! Your spectacular work deserves a wider audience! I would call this format "the full movie"😊 One suggestion (if it helps). Maybe, for wider audience (that doesn't know all about your caminos and adventures) you could add from time to time a caption with the name of a village or a place.. and also "insert" or "overlap" a fragment of the track on the map as you're advancing.. so they could easily follow your progress. (Not everyone knows the places you're walking through by heart like we do🐌🌻). You're such a great cinematographer and storyteller, you deserve to be widely recognized!🥰
LOVE it all. Just gorgeous. I love your videos. We are sharing your videos currently with the virtual walkers on Camino for Good, a private Facebook group. You have inspired Judy and I ( 76and 83) to walk the San Salvador next September. Thankyou :-)
Thank you Donald. I'm not in South America yet. I live in Miami but the Florida trail is not for me. Too many deadly animals, bugs, and I'm sure the scenery is nothing compared to my past trips.
Amazing video Efren! Absolutely beautiful and inspiring! Bev and I truly thank you for all the fine videos you have produced over the years. Blessings always 🙏. M & B
Efren gracias por tus excelentes producciones!!! Nos entusiasmò este camino que seguro serà nuestro proximo peregrinar. Consulta tècnica, necesitaste permisos para volar el dron? Gracias, Gladys y Roberto, Argentina
What a journey! So moving, so inspiring, so profoundly beautiful. ❤ And what a storyteller you became. Congrats Efrén, you outdid yourself once again! 🐌🌻
Wait, so people normally walk this from Leon to Oviedo and that is a traditional camino? It's away from Santiago or at least not towards it. I get that any hike is beautiful but this was a Camino with a capital C?
@@Walk_with_Efren huh, cool, I wonder why when you can just Frances from Leon. Looks beautiful. I'm working my way through your Primativo vids now. It would be fun to combine these.
