If you’re anything like me, you get tired of watching videos on RU-vid where someone wants to talk to you about whatever the video is about for 10 minutes before they actually show you. Well this is just 5 minutes of my C5 in many different driving conditions with the Corsa extreme catback ranging from cruising to wide open throttle pulls.

Thanks man! I think the only thing it’s missing are some videos of the car leaving the camera and driving away I just couldn’t find any great places to do it or I would’ve added that as well!

@@8ihedepends you can find a decent c5 base for under 10k these days with higher mileage, a decent lower mileage c5 could run 15-20k, also depends on the condition and specifications convertible’s usually run cheap as they are less desirable by most car enthusiasts, the base c5 is probably the best choice because of the targa top you get the best of both worlds it’s a convertible hardtop, the z06 only came with a (FRC) fixed roof coupe. I hope this information is helpful to you and anyone reading this!

From about 10 hours of RU-vid research, it appears as if the Corsa Extreme system sounds the best. Definitely going with this one... Just as soon as i scrape together 2k...

@Ballen1182 I ended up changing my mind actually. Slapped on some nice, yet cheap, DNA Motoring headers and exhaust pipe. Actually sounds really good and is good quality stainless.

What cam did you decide on installing and why? Did anything come along that you wish you had done differently looking back? I have a stock Z06 with 52,000 and was thinking about building it up some. Any advice from a person who did it already would be MUCH appreciated!

One day man, one day! I've got a bone stock '01 Coupe in need of a restoration. My friend bought a '14 Challenger RT with the Corsa Extreme and MAN that thing barked like a big dog! Beautiful sound from cold start to idle to WOT! Good to know they sound wonderful on the LS1/ LS6 as well! Nicely done! Cheers!

Do the exhaust tips stick further out than the stock ones do? I'm about to put my C5 Z06 in the shop for some mods and trying to pick out a set of mufflers that have tips that don't stick out too much.Thanks for any advice.Great video!

It’s all adjustable, you could slide the the midpipe further towards the front or back if you wanted to drastically change how much they protrude. You can definitely set them for your liking!
