Yeh, the deal breaker for me is the monthly subscription or annual payment for the network also it has a tendency to just stop working and the 10 second video clips can't be extended and in one other instant on another RU-vid channel the unit allowed water into the battery compartment and we all know batteries and water don't mix and the last issue is the memory isn't expandable and 32gb is just not enough, in my opinion. The unit needs more testing to get it right

Hey Just Kidding! You bring up some interesting points. I will say that I love getting videos from my trail cameras and this is the only system that I know of that just gives you 10 second video clips with your subscription. Yes, I wish they were longer than 10 seconds, but the fact that you get all the videos really helps you see what the bucks look like and what they are up to. Thanks for watching 👍🏻

I’m running mine with a cheap solar panel and it’s always at 100 % . It’s my favorite trail camera . I like it more than my reveal. It’s cheaper to run and videos count like pics. Also 2 year warranty! The standard resolution is no issue as I can 100% tell what deer it is . Plus you can add 100 Hd downloads for 4.99 that can be shared with other trace cameras. Just an awesome camera

Hey masterski! Thanks for the input! I was actually surprised with the battery life from the AAs I used. I know there are 12, but still really good in my opinion. Thanks for watching 👍🏻

I am worried because it says 5mp camera, but this video stills look pretty good?
@mountainbuck
@mountainbuck 10 месяцев назад
@@buckmastertate1 yeah I was concerned as well, but have no complaints after using it all season. You can also request HD video depending on your plan, but the fact that you automatically get 10 second videos is pretty amazing. Also, my battery life is still good months later (not a very active camera location, but I’m happy with battery life as well.)

How much? My only reservation is sharing my information with this company. About 90+% of Amazon products are Chinese. Not exactly a friendly nation to the USA! My first cellular cameras were CuddyBacks, which were quite expensive, along with buying their app. But nobody can get your information off of your game camera. Also, these cameras had GPS to track them if stolen. I was a victim of identity theft years ago! Can you or your buddy vouch for the security for this company. Because once you give that app your permission, who knows who has access to all of your information on your cellphone. Just some food for thought.......

Hey Paul! Yeah I totally get where you’re coming from. I’m definitely mindful about sharing my info and understand your reservations (especially with the whole TikTok thing). Thanks for watching. 👍🏻

couldn't get mine to work. Doesn't get service and even though said successfully added doesn't recognize account stays red. To much of a headache.

I have been looking to start using a cell trail camera and am having a hard time deciding on which one to go with. Nice video showing all the features and I really like the 10 second video clip feature. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, thanks for the video, very informative. I would like to know if this camera is good for my job: I am looking for a camera that I will b able to put in basements,crawl spaces in order to monitoring rats problems. So I need good internet connectivity, very good in night vision, and very important, VIDEOS when there is movements of rats,(I have no use for pictures) I need videos and a batterie that will last arround 10 days in my clients is basement while I am knowing exactly what’s going on there before coming back. From your experience do you thinks this camera is going to meet my needs? Thank you for your answer. *When the 10s videos have pass, how long it takes for the next 10s videos to starts? Because I need to study those rats behaviour and why they are not taking my bait trap and it does take way more then 10s. 😅 Or if you have an other camera more compact and more affordable to recommend I will be interested too. Thank you very much for your answer.

Hey Cesar! Very interesting use for this camera. To answer your questions, yes I think this camera will work for what you intend. The battery life will last you at least 10 days and it will give you good quality nighttime videos. You will need to make sure you have adequate cell phone reception in the area where you place the camera. This system runs off AT&T so having a good signal for that network is ideal. I checked some of my footage and it looks like the camera takes about a 35 second break before it started recording again. Hope this helps and best of luck!

@@mountainbuck thank you very much for your answer. I live in Québec Canada, we have différents cell phone services. Rogers, Fido being amount the most populars. I will have to make some research about AT&T services🤔 Thank you very much again.

absolutely! Spypoint is a Canadian cellular trail cam company, but their video plan works a little differently than Camojojo.

Hey Cesar, I was thinking about your setup. Why not get a Blink camera or even a Wyze cam and monitor the rodents that way? The only thing you would need is to use the homeowner’s WiFi.

Looked good until it proved to have Low Glow 850nm visible IR instead of the more useful 940nm versions that are not perceived by animals or humans.. and a max 10 sec video clip of the occurrence is not good and is lacking in real video time to capture and share. If it would reset immediately and fire again while the animal or action was still occurring then maybe, but don't think it works like that... I/most need No Glow or should want it, as most of my cameras are near people or just off trails that animals and people will clearly and easily see the IR flash and either leave or leave with your camera once easily noted and found.. excellent night video though, but ...

Hey thanks for watching and the input! I would like to see longer videos than 10 seconds. 15 seconds have become the standard (mostly) for cellular trail cams.

@@mountainbuck Yes, and some have capability for minutes.. which we should have the option of as long as we pay for the power and data used it should not matter to the manufacturer. 15sec-3 minute range would be great and proper for end use. They need to make a 940nm and increase to minimum of 15 secs, they would sell MANY more of them.. told their support so as I would buy 10 of them tomorrow if like that lol... good videos by the way!
