I've been thinking in my head, can i possibly cook a stew just using chaffing fuel. here's your result,,,,
I show the wagon hitch again in this video i use it for the ridgeline to suspend my Hungarian shelter half.

well it went thru a Milbank bag and was boiled for 5 mins plus I'm still here to tell the tale. doing it this way never ever killed anybody.

Tried chafing fuel once. 12 minutes for 500ml of water. I think poss, if you got initial boil on fire then stuck it on chafing fuel to slow simmer for 3 or 4 hours it may have worked. 👌

Bora da. Nice spot there. If you don't try you don't know. I've not used or thought of using chaffing fuel tbh - wood/twig fires, meths, Dragon tabs and such yes. I have a selection of stoves now - a few home made. Diolch.

Ahh pal, I'm always thinking, that why I don't sleep a lot haha.. I really like dragon fuel, I can get a brew out of half a tab, but you have to pack the other half in a zip lock bag or it will evaporate..thanks for the visit buddy..

@@outsidertank I usually take a flask with me for drinks on the way so I refill it when at camp - just sent off for another pack to Preppers uk for some more ration assortment packs with the drinks and stuff in.

toxicity may be an issue there, chaffing fuel is bio ethanol. fine for heating your shelter up.i have a bio ethanol burner in the living room, saves a fortune on the gas bill Frankie. its amazing how quick the room walms up, plus its safe.

Not at all, they are German mountain boots. They are Gortex lined. I paid £40.00 4 yrs ago off military mart for them. They are rock solid.i do Polish them around x4 times a week.
