Campfire Cooking: Rolled Eggplant Kebabs with Ground Meat and Grilled Veggies 🍆🍢🔥 

I went back to nature and made a unique type of kebab. I mixed ground meat with onions and spices, then layered it on sliced eggplant, rolled it up, and skewered it with mushrooms and tomatoes. Served with my signature yogurt herb sauce, fresh mint, basil, salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon, it was a delicious outdoor meal. 🍆🍢🔥
