Love your videos you are very brave and athletic for getting out on your own very cool... cheers mate for the awesome content👌👍 You know... if you scale the fish then take the skin off the fish put the skin in the fridge overnight then chuck it in a hot pan with oil crisp it up but sides... mate that's pork crackle right there! I seen a chef on Masterchef Aus just fry it up without scaling it... that was the bomb too..😋😋👌

Give the camp oven a go. Sit it on a few ember's 20mm and then shovel a heap on top and leave it be for a couple of hours. Roast meal with minimal work.

what a great place and food you have. try to search kinilaw food here in Philippines. try it to fresh fish. no need to cook. you will love it promise.

Hey Ollie, any reason you don't use a grapnel anchor in the rocky stuff - or do you, and this one just wedged in an impossible position? Got to agree with you on the kahawai - people don't know what they are missing out on. Maybe next time you could try taking a sachet of lime juice to marinate some, then drain the juice off and have it with a little can of Trident coconut cream and some sweet chilli, etc. Stunning like that too.
