We spend a weekend at Badplaas Mpumalanga winter camping.
Camping in a rooftop tent is challenging in the winter. The camp site got great ablations that is always kept clean. The water in the hydro was fantastic at 36 degrees Celsius. There is lots to do and we went for a guided game drive in a game viewing vehicle. You can also do this on a quad bike and on horseback. The kids can keep themselves busy the whole day there is a super tube and the Rinkals where they go of in a stream of water on a tube
There is a shop where you can get most of the things that you may need.
