Man that weather sucked, especially when it kept tempting you with sunshine. Rain and dogs don’t mix well either the smell and muddy paws but I glad you guys made the best out of it. Weird question but when preparing fish should you filet it? I’ve seen both but not sure if it’s relative to type or size of fish or just preference.
Hey Ross, yeah, the dogs can be some work lol But I do filet the fish often. Especially when I'm making them into a meal like tacos or a hoagie or something. There are a few fishing episodes I've done on here as well as a how too short that i fileted them, but I was just roughing it with this one lol.
Everytime i see PNW territory i can smell the forest, salt coast air. Unfortunately it'll be july before i can head 1600 miles west. Nice trout (not native?)
