Love the way you show us all that you do like show making and eating the food. Love it!! I am a 75 year old women who feels like I am camping with you. Thank you for doing these videos which are so soothing for me.
Brucey is such a star. Love him. Your channel is what got me into camping videos. So much fun and great to listen to as I drift off. Thanks so much for your content! x
I’ve been ill for awhile and watching your videos keeps me calm and interested. So very thankful you became a RU-vidr. Thank u and Bruce for all of your hard work! 💕
Just one word from me,,,I love all of your camping videos,,,I said it and I mean it,,,One of my favorite channel,,,Your camping videos made my day,,,Every day I would watch your videos before I go to sleep,,,You're awesome person,,,thank you for your happy videos,,,☺️
Sweet to see the love you have for you dog , awe , i know they can get hurt so easy where your at , precarious steps around a mountain peek , rather you not either , 🐾💖🐕 😊
Love your honesty about products. Hopefully, the companies will listen and start taking pride in their products. I love tent camping but at 78 have had to graduate to glamping with my daughter's help. Michigan, USA is a great state to camp, rustic and glamping. Also, appreciate the sound of rain anywhere, anytime.
Good story, interesting. I oddly prefer camping in bad weather as well, especially winter camping with tons of snow. No bugs, no dust and an endless supply of clean water. And because snow is somewhat abrasive it makes cleanup easier.
Love these vids! Watching from London! Never tried or been into camping but every time i watch these vids they make me want to go out and give it a go. There is a certain calming effect which is love and you seem to have found a great niche! Watching your videos which are nice and simple not over edited etc are very refreshing and i love the quiet moments and the fact you dont cut bits out. Excellent work and i have no doubt this channel will reach 100k and beyond!
When I go camping usually the first night I roast hot dogs on the fire. For one meal I do a "hobo stew" in foil packet on the coals. That includes potato, veges and a meat.
Hey guys, Thanks for taking us on another adventure. I love camping, but I am not in a space where I can go at the moment so your adventures are always fun to watch. I don't care where we go, camping is fun. I am also super glad I get to see where you go and not have to pack all the gear in. Me and 3 hour hikes uphill, don't get along. I looked at the trangia site to see if they made just the sets of non stick pans and they do but many of them are out of stock at the moment, plus they didn;t say which ones would fit your stove so I can't send you the link, I just went to the official trangia site. Can't wait to see the next adventure. Safe travels to both of you.
I think the best camps are always the ones in the rain as these camp outs appeal to so many people as the sound of the rain on the tarp is so relaxing and cosy and the rain and winter camp outs are my particular favourite's and i watch many of these on RU-vid and notice they always have the highest views and likes ....Great content and Bruce is adorable 👍🏻🌧💕🐶💫💫💫💫💫
Great video Tony and regards to the tent, very strange. I have the Naturehike Opalus tunnel tent which has 3 poles eliminating this sagging problem so i think a major design flaw with the cloud tunnel tent. Also. What fuel works best for you with the alcohol stoves? i got alot of black soot with Shellite. Edit: Interesting story. All i can say is keep doing what you're doing. Im on a similar boat waiting for the YT Algorithm to catch on. Cheers Corey
I like yours and Bruce's adventures. You make your meal look good even if your pan didn't cooperate. I can tell how the tent fail completely ruined your trip, but you are still a good sport about it. Thanks for the video. Seeya next time.
I loved listening to your story ,really interesting , what a wonderful career you had and to give all up for U tube in Camping I wish you all the success in the future, and please carry on Camping I am loving it didn't think I would, but surprised myself. Good Lluuck. X
This is my new favorite channel. I’ve spent every night for the last week falling asleep to your videos. You have such a relaxing vibe man. Can’t wait for more videos of you and Brucie
Thanks again for an honest review of your tent. We have camped for over 40 years bringing our family with us. Up to 14 at most so we had 3 tents at one point. Now it is just my husband and I and at times our furry grandson Falcore. After watching your video's and (other videos) we have decided to get the Wawona 6. It looks like it addressed all issues we ever had with a tent and is just the right size for 2 people and a dog. I can't stand a tent where my sleeping bag is always touching one side or another or even all three. But again Tony, thanks for your honesty.
If you don't want your pancake to stick season the pan or LOTS of butter. Been enjoying Bruce and you. Would love to see more of your beautiful country.
New Zealand sure has some awesome camping spots Ps : The problem with this tent is in its design … they have kept fabric without any structure in between 2 arcs it’s bound to have issues especially snow
You play down your career a bit but people should know that the jobs you talk about are sophisticated and take a creative super smart brain and talented driven person...Very impressive. Congrats to you for living the good life and having a beautiful family and Bruce.
Grandma here. Forgot to add the water, or milk if you like. Try 1/2 cup water. Miss only till everything is. That will make light buscits. My mom rolled hers out on a flowered board then cut with a 2,1/2 in Round busicuts cutter. I'm sure you can figure it out . If that's too little water, add more slowly till you get it right. Don't over work the dough. It will make them tuff.
Love the rain as usual. Thanks for sharing your story. Very interesting. As a recently retired nurse (36yrs)and empty nester, I understand when life makes you say to yourself “life is short” time for me. I also contacted Covid but left with some after effects. I stumbled across camping on you tube and have enjoyed it during my lockdown here in New Orleans, La. I have gradually reduced my stress watching you (also love Kent Survival). You 2 are the best to watch. I had to go back and binge watch both of you. I have seen others but love you 2 the most. I have never camped a day in my life so this is so interesting to me. Again, thank you so much. PS: I agree worst tent ever. You always have a neat well organized setup.
Thank you I have never been camping but I growing up in the Caribbean living in the rural areas in retrospect, was somewhat like camping. I like your vlogs because they are very calming to me and I enjoy them vicariously 😊👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🇯🇲🇯🇲💚
If you want to warm up, bring some Sherry along. The added advantage is it makes you merry. Does Bruce drool a river watching you have supper? Our dogs 🐕 do. Like streams of dog saliva. Enjoy the camping.
What about cooking a nice lasagne or toad in the hole with a nice onion gravy, mash and veggies? Great video again Tony! So glad I found your channel. I live alone so it’s nice having someone talking to me.
On the BC coast campfires depend on how dry it is. We tend to get rain through the late fall, winter, and early spring. Once things get dry then NO Campfires
Does anyone else chuckle anytime the word Pasta is used? Gotta love the Brittish accent. I wonder if naturehike ever responded to why the tent was dipping.....
you make me feel good. Thank you and Bruce I watch you mostly around 2:00 a.m. in the morning. I am from Salem Oregon Usa. and my title of Derriah is Redhair backwords. I am 72 year old 4'11 or less hehehe but love your channel. Please keep on doing your thing.
Very inspiring story. I am always coming back to your camping videos. I feel like I like the sound of nature and to be alone sometimes and loving the idea camping with your best friend dog. I lived in a city but now I enjoy more quiet and peaceful place. After pandemic a lot of realizations happen. How I wish I can live in New Zealand. 🙏
A trick my father taught me when hunting in sub freezing temperatures, place a can of sterno or another brand of alcohol gel at your feet and have a wool blanket over your legs. It really helps to warm you up and can keep you from freezing.
Thankyou you Tony and your side kick Brucie, what a good boy for your time and effort. At the moment catching up with all your videos. Certainly keeping you busy and healthy. Keep with the non stick frying pan...
Hi Tony. Great to finally know your name. Loving the videos, they really help me relax. Maybe you could take a thermometer with you to give us an idea of what your camping in? In and out of the tent. Thanks and keep it up.
Another Great video Tony! Enjoyed hearing about your journey to get where you are today. I like your varied sets ups (hammock ones are a nice change too) but enjoy the ones where you can have a fire the best I think 🤔. Hope you get to make many more Chilled out camping videos like these 😊
@@ABCampingTony I have learnt over the years that the first pancake is basically a sacrificial one, don’t think I ever had a good looking first one lol
We can have campfires hear in San Diego calif.but we don't get very cold .on the beach are up in the mountains.it only snow up in the mountains.we are lock down still some what.i just be glad when this is all over..
So regarding the fire place here in Denmark you are allowed to have a bonfire in a public forest(ofc have to ask permission if private forest). On the topic of the corvid19 on next monday stores are no longer forced to have shoppers use masks. Also thanks for another rain tenting video Tony.
