@@mildredmorine745 At what point did @Jose rocha state Boomer wasn't taken care of? He didn't and if you want to get technical, Boomer would've received better care at home or a safe enclosed environment with his other humans. The comment was addressing the obvious, "poor lil guy looked so scared." That's 100% true bc Boomer shouldn't have been there anyway. Wet, mosquitos, high winds + shivering while his human drinks a hot beverage, and food doesn't seem like a fun time for any creature. As a Floridian and former reservest this was unneccessarily insane. Risking his own life is his choice, but leave the dog out of this foolishness. Post the time stamp that showed how excited Boomer was to be there.

Boomer is absolutely adorable in his frog/dog sweater!! When you said there were a lot of mosquitoes out, I couldn't help thinking of my family's little Pug dog way back in 1960 (I was 12😁). We were stationed at Homestead AFB in Florida and the mosquitoes could just about carry you away. Our little dog got heart worms and it was heart breaking. I am SO glad dogs can be protected against that these days! WOW! Camping in a hurricane!! I am so glad you and Boomer made it out safely! I have been through a few hurricanes in my life in Florida beginning with Hurricane Donna in 1960. They aren't fun even in a safe place!!

Now that is extreme camping. I have been through hurricanes inland at night and it is scary to hear the trees creaking. Glad you made it through it safely.

*That is one of the stupidest thing's I have ever seen a RU-vidr do for click's. Thankfully God was watching over Boomer being he didn't ask for such a big risk to be taken on his little life. You knew exactly what was supposed to happen. It's one thing to take those chances with yourself but that baby didn't ask to be scared to death all night or to have a chance taken with his life. It's sad.*

That was absolutely insane! Glad you and Boomer are safe! Live from Cape Breton Island where hurricane Fiona is making landfall. Our reporter on ground is reporting hurricane force winds and 25’ waves with trees falling all around and all he could say was wow, I’m living my best life! 😂 Absolutely the best episode ever! Not sure you will be able to top that! I’m going to have to say coming from someone who grew up in Oklahoma were we were always chasing Tornados and I must say you did good my friend! Stay safe and looking forward to more videos to come!

Crazy intense storm is all I can say. Glad you and Boomer didn't get hurt. I live in Pennsylvania in the US. We've had weak tropical storms in the past and the main issue was the rainfall. I've also seen sections of forest obliterated from straight line winds and an occasional tornado. I do like to watch storms, usually from inside a vehicle or occasionally under a pavilion. Thanks for sharing your experience and great filmmaking as always.

I'm surprised how well your hammock setup worked - even in such high winds. I would not have gone camping in the woods during a hurricane, but hey ! - To each his own ! 👍😃 Your little pooch is a hearty little dog indeed ! 👍 I'm glad neither one of your were injured, as hurricanes have been known to be fatal.

I live in Florida where hurricanes are a way of life. You are a true maniac for riding out that storm in between huge trees! However, I love your adventures and always learn something new. Still a camper as a 74 year old grannie BUT NEVER DURING A HURRICANE! Yep, a true maniac! I’m in love with your little pup. He is very tolerant of your craziness and a real trooper! Again, thank you for your bravery or nuttiness. Great footage!

Most campers fear blowing wind and deadfall trees. Lonewolf 902 senses a storm, sees the weather report, loads up the backpack and takes a hammock for shelter. Rides out a hurricane! BravO! LoL... You're harder core!

Never experienced a hurricane, but have camped through several tornadoes, one in an open sided lean-to structure and one in a teepee, both long before smartphones and real-time weather information was available. You are very fortunate none of the trees hit you in the night, glad you and Boomer made it out to tell the tale. Great video.
