This week's adventure takes us to Sun Outdoors Rehoboth Bay that was formally known as Massey's Landing. This place lived up to the hype and we truly felt like we were camping in paradise.
Thanks for the camping videos. I appreciate your families point of view of the camper and campgrounds. With having hot weather and storms, have you had any issues with the AC keeping up with the heat in the Roo?
We had had a lot of luck with closing the bed curtains during the day on really hot days. The beds were hot, but as soon as the sun started to set we would open them back up and by bed time they were cool. We also now have Gekko covers for our tent beds which has helped. They’re just a real pain to put on.
Have you had any issues with water leaking into the beds from the rain on any of your trips so far? Hubby, kids and i are going to look at this model of hybrid camper next week. Enjoying the family camping videos. Keep em coming😊
We have camped in some pretty crazy rain and have not had any issues. The only advice I will give is to make sure you get as much water off the tents as possible if you are forced to close up wet. Water can tend to pool when the tents are closed up and we have a little bit of water (a few drops) on the mattresses when we opened back up because the water pools if you don’t get most of it off
Lmao. I was at that gas station once behind a guy filling up his boat. He said it held 110 gallons. Idk what kind of boat it was. But I was waiting for a while lmao 😅
