This young man us the most organized and neat camper I have seen on any channel. I love the gentle sounds of the rain on his tent it's so soothing & relaxing. He is very enjoyable to watch

at around 1:40 for about a minute, I heard calls I've never heard. Being totally blind, I really enjoy listening to these videos, because you really get such a nice variety of sounds and audio atmospheres. The audio quality is absolutely fabulous, too! Do you keep a written diary/account of these adventures online, and if so, how may I access them? This is the type of material that needs to be documented here, because we're losing so much of nature, and what you're doing is notable. I really hope people take notice and really start to learn survival techniques and take the time to explore nature and enjoy its amazing benefits. I haven't done that for a long time, mainly because I don't have anyone who's interested in doing this with me, and I can't do it alone. And even though I've been blind since birth, I was a girl scout and loved all the adventures in which we took part. I miss that fresh air! Again, thank you so much for making these videos. Heather

Hello my friend. How have you been? I’ve been sad my brother passed away. You know I love that rain sound and scenery. It’s the absolute best. How I would love to camp in the rain. That’s good sleeping weather. Every time you cook I get hungry..its actually 2:30 AM here in Arizona. Couldn’t sleep but I will put this video on again and hope the rain puts me to sleep. I enjoyed the time of the night where you relaxed had coffee and slept off. I really loved the night time part of the video. If you ever plan on making a full length night time video of you sleeping to the sound of rain and in cold (take care of yourself, and of course you can edit out the uncomfortable part if you have any), with very dim light, I would play that video and sleep off to the rain sound. Its so relaxing. We hardly find anything like that in youtube. if possible please do it.

Something I did notice at times, especially during that fierce storm from around 37 minutes was that the audio became what I call thin. It seemed as if the "bass" was missing, and this happens at other times. Those were some winds, too! Were you in a different place, and if so, where was it? I don't find any captions to help me follow along. Anyway, it's authentic, and that's what I love.

Do your self a favor. It's cheap. Get the marlboro backpack it's big. Great for winter or fall. Because it's pretty water proof and will hold a heavy or large sleep system. I hold a military mountain mummy bag. A light mummy bag . A tracking pole tent a hammock with bug net. A self inflating sit pad. 72 hrs food. A insulated hat ski mask goggles. Roll of t.p. Bush pot a few other things and still have room. No joke. If you bush craft? You may want to just get an Alice pack or a military rucksack. But just camp? With my canteen empty I'm at about 40 pounds right now. My sleep system is 10 pounds alone . But in summer my pack is way less. Plus I go with an external frame backpack instead. External frame feels way lighter. Yes . Review product. The affordable stuff knife. Tents. Hammock. In fact. You can do it by camping with some of these types of products. Or find that hard to find stuff. Perhaps show the purchase of said product and how well it works.

How idiotic to set up a tent with no floor under it in the pouring rain. The ground will get soaking wet, cold and all your inside gear will be soaked.
It doesn't have a bottom because it's a bushcraft tent. These tents are designed to give the natural tent feeling. It is also waterproof so none of my gear soaked. You should do some research before writing down.
@@trwilderness I've camped probably more years than you've been alive. Common sense will tell you rain will not miraculously stop at the edge of the tent. It will seep under, ground wet, same with snow. Maybe YOU should do done research before you smart off at people who know more than you do.🤬🤬🤬

I absolutely love camping in the rain and if there's thunder, so much the better. My Bulldog Buddy and I get our best sleep camping in a storm. I have a cave on my property and when we are forecast severe weather, my Wife, Buddy and I head for the cave. I built a stone cook stove/fireplace in it so it almost like home. I fix dinner, we eat and Buddy and I are out like a light about 15 minutes afterward.
Единственный минус - сетку не поставил, рыбу не наловил, ухи не приготовил и не пожарил на сковородке. Если это сделал бы, то отдых удался, а так пустое время провождение без кухни и ловли рыбы. Хотя бы, на худой конец, раков наловил, сварил и съел, под музыку дождя. Вот это был бы кайф!!! 😅

I watched part one,two and three. May have missed one. You are probably on four now I love to listen to the rain .I watch a video at night to help me sleep. It's ten hours of Texas high def of rain,thunder and lightning. Why is that lake called alligator lake ? Are their alligators in their. ? Your an awful quiet man. Good video. Thanks for sharing .
