I was watching ....... and suddenly remembered something I heard Native Americans used to do if they were far from home on a freezing night ....... they would dig a shallow trench about the size, I imagine, of a single sleeping bag and maybe 30cm deep. Light a fire in it until they had a big pile of glowing embers, then cover the embers with the dirt from the trench and lie down on top to sleep, and it would keep them warm all night ...... so the story goes .......

Good vid for a hot summer day. The Viking House, is it still standing. It's been built a couple seasons. Like to see how it has lasted. They built house in Nova Scotia which are still located there. Interesting when many others were living in mud huts. Good vid, yeap relax and soak it in.
