Camping in the Peak District Part Three - Harboro Rocks & The End 

Was at this campsite last year and yes brilliant family site only complaint was the Fish and Chips van that came round

Aye that there pillar thing was a trig point .... usually a good indication that you reached the summit ..... the ruins are probably old mining facilities ... there's a lot of em up there .... looked really pleasant there though .... it does get better the further north you go ... Hope Valley and Edale is my favourite spot of the lot as you have a bit of everything from the highest peak Kinder Scout to good long flat walks around Ladybower resevoir which is where the dambusters practiced the Lancaster Bomber runs .... it's just a bit further than Bamford by a few miles ... some pretty good campsites too .... and there's also a castle to visit in Castleton just up the road and the Blue John Caves that are always worth a visit .... a grand triptich though folks ... have fun in Wales :o)~
