Our first camping trip to the Oregon Coast! Cape Lookout State Park was beautiful and we had so much fun. We camped on Loop C and give you guys a quick review and tour of the campground. The kids loved exploring and playing! Stay tuned for a video on the Cape Lookout hike.

We love Cape Lookout - It is our "go to" when RVing on the Oregon Coast. Great beach, fantastic sunsets, short drive into town for the Tillamook Cheese Factory, the Blue Heron French Cheese Company, and Pelican Brewery. Used to spend the last full week of May there every year and then go into the Willamette Valley wineries during their Memorial Day open houses. Then crazy Oregon governor Kate Brown started charging out-of-staters an additional 30% to stay in the State Park campgrounds. Once she's out of office, we'll give it another try.

We went in early June. The week after we left was supposed to be even more beautiful! If we go again I think we’ll do July so it’s warm enough to swim. (My kids didn’t mind though haha)

Loren Davis hi! It's a Solo Stove. We got it this summer and we love it. Definitely cuts down on the smoke and is portable. We got ours on Amazon: amzn.to/2AuAluH
