@@HighlandWoodsman got to many 😂and want even more but they are all good because they have all done a night out somewhere and in Scotland as you know a good tent is one that keeps you dry for the night 😂 but I would have to throw the hammock into the equation aaahhhh to many🤷‍♂️

Brilliant. Love your videos. Not boring at all. There’s not enough ones like yours in Scotland. Does your lab not want your bacon lol.

Really 'pining for the fjords', so to speak, aren't you? The moodswing since Grua is quite striking ... From an external perspective, though, the green shoots you home in on give cause for a new optimism echoed by the ousting of the Conservatives 'down south'. (That said, I hope you realise that the 1066 Nor(th)mans, who were the grandaddies of the Tories, were of course originally Norwegian Vikings - so that should help you distance yourself!) What's really nice about your videos, Sam, is the quasi-personal connection you generate & maintain so well. Never met, almost certainly never will meet, and yet it's like being updated by a friend. Much appreciated - take care ...

😃😃👍🏼you need as many tents as you want!! That’s what I say!! Kinda like how I need as many different twig stoves as I want. 😊👍🏼 We work hard and it gives us joy! Great trip and thank you so much! Great to see you and the pup out there again! NQU

The first year and a half of my life was spent in those parts. My dad was an alpine plantsman at Inshriach where I was conceived 63 years ago 😮My folks were always up those hills, me stuffed in dads rucksack😊I always consider that area as my home from home although I don't visit that often these days☹You've inspired me to get back there!

Thanks for taking the time and effort to produce a video. Just got a light fighter tent. Heavy but robust.

Good to see you out again. With all the natural regen, is there good deer management in the area?

Thanks Ed! This area benefits by fitting into the Cairngorms Connect project area and is managed by the various partners involved collaboratively. I'm pretty much at the entrance to Glen Feshie here where some excellent work has been done on deer management and we are really starting to see the benefits now.
