frappuccino dog lol same here. I am 17 now, and at age 12 i started designing a travel bus with a bed, backpacking gear, bathroom. I also designed a bay for a dirtbike, and a place for my dog. I have an old retired school buss right now and i am working on fixing it up.
Because that is all he is! I can tell there is no wolf in that animal at all. I absolutely hate when people misrepresent their animals because they think it is cool!
He is definitely. Is a husky mix. Loki has made the rounds of the wolfdog community and the dangers of misrepping wolfdogs. That being said, a Husky is a great dog to take camping
this made me happy! my wolfdog is my best friend, we are never apart, she and I camp and hike and explore. (I busted out laughing over the wolf fur in the tent...EVERYTHING is covered in her hair, all the time) Glad you guys are enjoying life together!!! Its unbelievably difficult to explain theconnection....these are not dogs we own...They are almost equals and in some ways superior to us. But what depth and intelligence and humor, oh and intense curiosity they have and I love laughing with my girl!! Tho I would never recommend a wolf dog to most people, the few who can make the commitment and choose wisely and live in the wolf way :) there is nothing like it!!! If you are ever in NorCal, hunt me down....
***** I don't think so...even Low Content wolfdogs look more wolfish than Loki...not to mention bi colored eyes in a wolfdog is SUPER rare to non existent. They wouldn't be as bulky in the front legs and wouldn't have such a defined fur pattern like Loki. It seems like his owner has been lied to, since people don't mix dogs with Arctic wolves anymore either.
I already did, and the pictures are great. However, just because Loki's owner says Loki is a wolfdog doesnt mean he is one. Husky/Malamute mixes look similar to wolfdogs, but they actually aren't. A lot of people say their dog is part wolf when they really aren't. These misconceptions are fairly common in the animal community. Blue eyes (a husky trait) in a wolfdog are VERY rare to non existent (yet Loki has it). Additionally, it's *extremely* rare for people to get a REAL arctic wolfdog. In fact, people don't breed arctic wolves with dogs anymore *at all*...so most people (Like Loki's owner) who claim their dog is "part arctic wolf" more than likely got scammed.
Loki looks just like my wolfdog. The only difference is that my wolfdog has all 4 dew claws. That is typically just a wolf trait and he was the only one in his litter born like that. It takes a wolfdog 3-4 years to mature. He is a wolfdog, make no mistake.
I can see his long face is more like wolf..so beautiful. And yes the time u spend with him will draw u guys closer...and make u n him happier...I do the same..
Looks like the larger version of my girl Aurora, bichromatic eye and all. Except she would run and never stop if she was off leash. Must be the malamute in him that tames him down. Beautiful video!
are you saying you have a wolf with blue eye? then its not a wolf, just another person that got coned, why do you think its a good thing that you have no control of your dog, if your not the alpha there's trouble ahead
Loki is not a Wolfdogs including a Low Content. Loki owner got exposed by a legit Low Content Wolfdog owner on Instagram by the name (Saayawulf or her personal account jwolf_13). Jade (Saaya Owner) exposed the owner for using Loki for fame, money and using people to sent him free stuff for his own gain. Also I'm still surprised that nobody didn't pick up the sudden change when from the beginning the owner advertise Loki as a High Content Wolf and some year later he change to Mid then Low Content. But overall if you guys wanna fallow Legit Wolfdogs Owners then here are the following list of the owners I fallow on Instagram Saayawulf Desertbunnyandwolf Runningwithwolfdogs Wildlingwanders Wander_with_willow Wolfinstincts Adventuresofthewildlings Loki_the_real_Wolfdog (FYI this Loki is a Black Phase High Content Wolfdog) Kota.theWolfdog Ironwoods Wolfandperchment Cas.onyx.Wolfdogs
Lol everyone complaining about Loki not being a wolfdog. We have two 50% timber wolf 25%mal 25% GSD from the same parents just one litter apart. One is built just like a wolf and has alot of wolf tendencies while the other is built just like our malamute and has a Shepherd face with no wolf tendencies besides vocals. You cannot tell soley off looks when its a mix of Spitz breeds especially with low content.
How is that NOT camping? If you're referring to all of the boxes of stuff, we camped in the desert when I was a kid (in Utah, etc.) and it was very equipment-intensive and there was no campfire.
My dog's name is Loki...well... damn, guy... He's not a wolfdog, though; far from it. He's just a little lapdog mutt (we think he's a puggle because of his face).
