It's finally spring and Pierre is planting our vineyard which he has planned for months. Special grapes are going into the ground, 497 vines planted by hand, for a project to symbolize the unanimity of European grapes, in Tuscan soil. A project of agroforestry and of going back to the roots of the Etruscans, to recreate a Vin Santo style wine of the past, projected into the future....
