Camtasia Whiteboard Animation Tutorial - Free Download

Camtasia has a lot of uses but it was really intended to be uses for screen capture videos. At least that's the way I see it.
I wanted to make whiteboard videos so I had to think about it for a bit before it dawned on me that Camtasia can totally do whiteboard so long as you have a few assets.
That's why I created a video clip of my hand scribbling over a green screen and then also recorded the sound of me writing on on a whiteboard. I put both those files on DropBox and included a royalty free licence with them so you can use them for your projects too.

+Steve Potgieter LOL, now that you've hit the 1,000 mark, new subs will start to come in at a much faster pace. I wish Camtasia was a bit more affordable for those of us at the "hobby" level of video production. I really want Camtasia and it would be a real benefit for some of the videos I do but I just can't justify the price. It seems an awful lot compared to the cost of some full featured video editing software. I look forward to your next videos! Cheers!

New link for the file. Guys sorry the link did not work for so long. I thought we were just being restricted to how many daily downloads we could make of the file on DropBox, I was mistaken. Turns out I'm banned for creating too much traffic and too many downloads to and from DropBox. I'm not sure what they are thinking, surley having a lot of people use your service could increase your client base but what do I know. Hahaha! Thanks for the pen sound. This is my first attempt at greenboard - trying to make an opening for my new RU-vid Channel.... I don't actually have a greenboard, nor proper lighting yet, so just used colored green paper, did it near a window and turned on all the lights, but it's still not really clean.

Hi Steve, thank you for your video. I tried to follow your video until I got to add animation and stock there because you are probably using an old version. There is no add animation in camtasia 2020? What should I do next. When I click on Modify then add animation, it asks for what type of animation then what else? Thanks. Florence.
