I’m already aware of the trauma I need to heal and I know if I check his socials I’ll just be triggered. So I’ve had to block him to stop myself from checking him all the time because besides being triggered which I don’t need anymore bc I already what I need to work on, it’s just a distraction from focusing on myself and my healing and I need to do. It’s a vicious cycle and dead end so for now he needs to be blocked and when we’re ready then we can reconnect but now I need to really focus on my healing. But I understand and agree with your perspective. If people don’t know yet what they need to heal checking the other and being triggered is helpful so they can reflect on it and find out the root cause/ trauma they need to heal
This is so true about the importance of just perceiving them positively. It's the most complex connection I've ever encountered. Energetically I've felt TF's darkness, experienced their 3D reactions that come from a place of pain and wounding, and when we were energetically really noticeably merged, I picked up some of their suspicions, distrust and fears - things I never feel for others unless they do something serious to trigger that. So I'm really grateful to come across this vid today. I was drawn to it even though I don't have a problem with socials. Needed this message, to just come back to positivity and innocence, vibrating high to vibrate out anything low I pick up from my pained TF! Thank you. What i did was to focus the energy practically and creatively, and this evolves into self love. If i dedicate something to her, for example doing the washing up, i do a much better job if i imagine that its for her. Push the energy into the outer, and draw back in the alchemised product for huge benefits.☯️

Thankfully my DM isn’t really on social media, makes it a little easier for me 😅 Do you think you could possibly give me some advice? I’m at a point where he said we would only be able to talk a few times a year (because of his gf being uncomfortable with it) and it made me upset enough that I questioned whether or not I should just let go of the twin flame concept entirely. We don’t seem to be getting closer, even though I’m trying my best to figure out the answers. It seems that I keep repeating these cycles where I hope for the best (though I know I shouldn’t) and just end up getting hurt. Is the answer to learn to be happy alone and without expectations? My goal isn’t to stop loving him, whether there’s a divine connection or not, but I don’t know how to be less affected by his actions and feelings so that I can protect myself. I never tell myself that I need him - I have big goals that I know I can accomplish on my own, a somewhat structured plan to learn self-love, but I can’t help but still think about all the ways he could unintentionally hurt me because of my own fragility. I’m still affected and idk how to handle it. I almost never hear about happy endings with twin flames, so it’s hard to stay motivated and keep believing that I’m not just insane, but I’m not going to give up. I look at mines because I think positivly about him and I miss them, and then when I watch what he posts I feel sad and dissapointed because I can tell he is in his ego. It is my positive thoughts that leads me to feel dissapointment. What he does gives me the ICK.. I want to be understading, but it has been too many years with this behaviour... I'm tired.
What if i trust in my person but she is so shutted off that i am not able to comunicate or ask or tell anything related to me my life or needs or feelings or literally anything bc she gets triggered
