Come along for a tour of my own personal tiny that I built for myself and my son. I not only build tiny homes, I live in one that I designed and built myself 3.5 years ago. I can't imagine living any other way. I absolutely LOVE my house....I really can't describe how much I love living in my 600 sq foot tiny home.
I'm a custom homebuilder who specializes in tiny homes and efficient use of space. In addition, I've been published multiple times and my homes are often referred to as "Livable Art".
I'm a single mom who redefined her life, following a divorce, after being a stay at home mom for 17 years. It's never too late.

This looks like a really cool house. Unfortunately, it was difficult to really appreciate it because the camera jumped all over the place. An actual tour, from the front door through to the back would be better. A floor plan is always helpful, too. Also, the music was too loud, making it difficult to hear you properly.

My parents, 2 older brothers and I lived in 600 square feet until I was about 12 years old. They then converted a 2 car attached garage into a family room and we were able to spread out. We didn't even realize we were crowded! Your home is lovely.

I disliked everything about your video. :( The constant scene changes, the unappealing music, your voice lost in the music, on and ..... The saddest thing is your house looks like a truly wonderful home and it makes you happy. Consider taking a videography class at a community college near you if you are considering starting your own channel. And please redo this video to represent your beautiful home.

I love it! And yes you can live in a tiny house with a partner and child. Your dog is absolutely beautiful! How do you cook holiday meals in your tiny kitchen. I saw the one burner, air fryer, crockpot and small toaster oven. I guess you can prepare a turkey breast in the crockpot, air fryer for roasting vegetables and potatoes and your one burner for stove top dressing and your toaster oven for individual fruit pies 🥧! Amen!

@@denisebd1000 I’ve cooked full on holiday meals in this kitchen haha. 😆 it just takes a bit more organization. I used to have a full size range but hardly used it so I donated it and designed the cabinet that’s currently housing the toaster oven, hot plate, crockpot and air fryer :) Thank you so much for your comment!

I didn't add a range to my large kitchen when we remodeled since it's just the two of us, and I wanted more storage space. If we ever have to sell, my kitchen is large enough to accommodate adding one. My 6 small appliances are easy to store away + my portable induction cooktop is a workhorse!

It's beautiful!!! And nicely decorated. BTW that's larger than our nyc apartment which comes in at 425sqft. And "Tiny" homes are 400sq or less. Look forward to the floor plan.

I absolutely LOVE your tiny house and the fact that it’s UP from the ground! Being a single cat lady I have anxiety about being ground level but want single level living. I would probably replace your steps with a ramp though for older years. Do you have a floor plan for your house? I’m seriously considering going tiny so I can retire in a few years and am actually already looking into getting storage-minded furniture.

Wow! What a beautiful home you were able to build. Love love love your storage solutions. In answer to your question about whether I could live in a tiny house with a partner. I live alone now and I like it that way. However, I love your house. What state do you live in? I have read that there are communities of tiny homes but I don't know where. Enjoy your tiny home forever.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I live in Texas. I know there is a tiny house community in San Antonio and I believe there are some in Austin area. I have personally built a tiny house community in Galveston. A small barrier island off the coast of Texas. We have completed 10 homes and are finishing up the last two houses. I am currently working on an 8 home community on Galveston island and I am vlogging about it. If you look at my other videos, you can see the process from start to finish! Most everyone who has lived in an apartment in Manhattan knows what it is to live in under 1000 sq feet with more than one person. Tokyo - even smaller. The beauty of building one’s own Tiny House is the ability to imagine and execute the ultimate optimal functionality of a home. Your space is lovely.

It is too much stuff in such a tiny space and clearly not enough storage. The different floors make it look chopped up. Overall, not impressed but that is my opinion only.

I did a video where I compared my home to another home I built with the exact same floorplan but completely different designs. The new construction is very peaceful and zen. You might enjoy that one! you showed pictures of the house ...But I would have rather have seen you walk through the house and showed us that way going room by room and showing the storage in each room ...have someone follow you with the camera would be better....have you ever watched Living big in a tiny home? if not watch one video they show everything ...your pictures are all over the board cant really tell how to get to the kitchen to the bedroom to the bathroom...
