I still watch the theoden charge scene on yt over and over, watch other people's reactions to it too. Easily watched it over 150 times in the last 20 years and I still get goosebumps every time.

This is really like in the movies! So many orcs and uruks, but somehow the good wins! :) And btw. that move with Eówyn baiting the trolls to Velenorions base was amazing! :D :D

you literally hit like a TRUCK! what an intense video, made my day really. tnx alot for the perfect content u make. and i know it sounds crazy, but I think it would be so exciting to see 3v3 or even a 4(player)v3 matches against insane AI.

I mean too be fair, in the movies and books Gondor had been fighting off Mordor for a while. That's why they didn't help at Westfold because they were busy defending Osgilioth because Sauron was constantly sending wave after wave to take the city.

Another hint: switch it with the easy AI as nobody plays vs easy anyways, so you still maintain the normal hard-difficulty

Omg I put this on planning on mostly playing on my PC, and occasionally looking instead it was so captivating that I didn't look away until about an hour in, it was an amazing game and I just kept thinking about how I would have died a hundred times over while watching

You know after watching this I’m sort of realizing that this spam is almost like playing the final battle on the good campaign at the black gate but on a skirmish map where all the units are maxed out but there’s no break between waves Edit: after getting further in the video Shanks says the same thing lol

In the movies yes, Gondor is pretty much just sitting in their castle and waiting for papa aragorn to come. In the books, that is another matter as they have to fight on multiple fronts and there are numerous references to how powerful gondor was and still is. Sadly there the movies don't do Gondor the deserved justice, but also not to Rohan. Also: what abou 1v6 insane AI? :P

well, i was watching the whole video, and it is currently 4am at my place. so yeah we are both suffering :D

This Match was amazing!

It reminds me of that mod for Generals: ZH, how was it? Remix: Escalation, yes. It had three AIs: passive (builds base, but not units), brutal (regular hard AI) and insane. And oh boy what an absolute clusterfuck that insane AI was. It had infinite money, all general's powers unlocked from the start (you can't do it in normal game, never enough points) and ignored tech-tree limitations, using mutually exclusive buildings and units. From minute 1 your base was under all-sides assault of everything AI could throw at you. By second minute he had numerous superweapons on built and was using every offensive general's power against your base. It was almost impossible to beat even with trainer on infinite money, power and general points. And of 4 working AIs in that mode USA Aviation General was by far the worst offender. He spamed you a dozen of strategic bombers at every moment. Those units had healthbar of main building and could delete a portion of your base or any army you had. Absolute legend that insane AI was, I tell ya.

I would like to ask, how can I "chaet" like editing command points or starting cash? is it in some files?

Sadly the movies has cut much of the actual situation of gondor out, to be able to fit into the movies, or else there might have been more three movies.

The insane AI is a nightmare 2 Balrog summons just like that and troops attacking all the Time

Try making a Unitcap for siege weapons, tested the Insane AI,and a cap for arty would be more fun (i raised the buildtime by 100% and made the Siege works and entmoot have no Build speed bonus- i dont like siege weapons anyway except rams)

Is it me or did Mordor do very little apart from Nazgûl’s and a few trolls. No army. No catapult. If it was two Isengard’s you would be toast in 20 minutes

hhahaha thiiis is the version i started playing with, i trieed to 1 v 7 witht his version but it waaas impooossible, the AI is brooookeen, i managed to beat a 1 v 1 but 1 v 2 is fucking haaard, now try to do that without walls
