Oftentimes, videos on taming a training budgies show a series of clips that were shot over an extended period of time. Because of that, it's hard to really understand how long it takes to tame a bird and get it used to stepping up. In this video, you'll see a series of clips shot during one afternoon of working with two parakeets that are in the same cage together (with a cockatiel). Although all birds are different and some may respond more quickly or slowly than Skyy and Sango, the video can give you a good idea of what you might be able to accomplish in one afternoon of working on taming and a step up!
